Hi Ma'am, this very informative for me. Please tell me what's the version that you are using?
If the incoming call route is blocked (no call is receiving from outside the network). What I can do????

This didn't help. She didn't say how these call rooutes relate to the phone lines. She didn't explain incoming sub address or incoming CLI.
