Sometimes you have no choice but to use insecticides. If used properly it's no big deal. I'm old school too at 66 years old!

Sorry not bug related but how do you manage to get your blooms out at the same time as shown in the video. I have multi stems but they only seem to bloom sporadically over several days or weeks which is no good for showing.

Have a look at the PAGS channel where there are a number of videos when I talk about stopping plants for shows.

This is not a bug problem but is causing me great stress! Last year I had my entire collection of around 70 plus plants outside for the summer. I got a problem which turned out to be rust. I sprayed with a trade fungicide called Opera and stripped most leaves off first.
I read that this fungicide kills bees and other pollinators so do not want to use again.
I have all my plants inside still in my house conservatory. They are getting too hot, leggy and yellowing leaves in this heat.
Is there an organic way of stopping the rust? I do not have it at the moment but expect I will if I put them outside. In 20 years or more I have never ever had this problem 😢 I would love any advice please 🙏🏻
    Thank you

Umm, quite simply no. I can only guess it must have been more humid than usual where you are as it’s humidity that gives rise to it. Perhaps just try and find an organic fungicide as it will help but will never provide the assurance of using the systemic stuff.

Thank you very much. Btw I am nowhere exotic - only Kent! I am going to make a pesticide free recipe I found online and also bought some Fungus Guard ✌️🐝
