Little tip, complete your selected expedition then you can continue with the B button when it prompts you with "expedition success", it allows you to complete any tasks within the map, side quest/ truck recovery etc. You don't have to unlock free roam. Much love from New Zealand ✌️
40:02 diff lock bro, diff lock. Every time you get to a spot that needs the suspension to flex or just kinda struggling for grip just turn the diff lock on. Saves ya a ton. You wouldn’t have flipped on the mountain just before this timestamp if you had it on

Here’s a very useful tip. If you lower your tire pressure to the middle position on the Tuz 16 you’ll be able to climb up things easier and it’s not as tippy. I do this all the time with a better tire and have went up crazy steep and rocky places without using the winch or the diff lock.
You need to use low more it will help climbing up mountains and you need to use diff help when their is a tire in the air it locks the tires that is in the air and that the others spin this is Trev winch simulator not off-road game but still fun to watch
You can lift and upgrade the Cotco Canyon, when you are at your headquarters look at the bottom right of the screen and it'll say garage, go to your garage and you can upgrade engines and lift it and put different tires on 🤙🏽😉
I had the same problem with objective items missing. Its really frustrating when you put in so much time to get there, jocky around all the obstacles and then it says you dont have the item. I even went to all the locations again like you did, but it did not work for me. I just couldnt finish. There shouldnt be a order to do them. If you focus on route and conserving gas looking for the most efficient order, it should just complete. This game is FUN but man it has its moments of frustration just from goofy developer decisions.

Don't blame it on the truck for rolling over. I would say it's you going full throttle over a hill you can't see what's on the other side.
I think once you master the tire pressure when rock climbing you will have better luck getting through and roll over less. great looking game.

Lol the steering sensitivity and the inverted settings are messed up. I messed with both and it doesn’t change the stuff you think it would.
