I was in a relationship with a girl for a bit and she ended up breaking up with me (over a month and a half ago) and I was just so stressed out over it, come to find out she was talking to another guy and started developing feelings for him during our relationship. I was so depressed and stressed out when I found this out and just couldn't wrap my head around it, when one of my best friends told me probably the best piece of advice I could have heard. It was along the lines of "She probably doesn't think about you, so you shouldn't think about her. If she wanted to be in your life then she would make an attempt to." So I wanna pass this along to others in hopes this also helps out their current or future situation. If someone wants to be in your life then they would do their best to make that happen. There's no use trying to make something work when the other person has shown you they don't want it to.
Honestly I would commend the girl in this situation as well, because a lot of the time they take you for a roller coaster of emotions, but at least she had the decency to end things when she had feelings for another instead of just cheating on you.

Thank you so much. I’m going through it rn. Got done dirty way too many times but I forgave and now I got ghosted and blocked for asking for more effort. 3 years doing that I needed this cuz it’s hard to let go even when you know you have to for your own good
I remember my girlfriend of nearly 3 years cheated on me around 5 days before my birthday, she claimed she was drunk and didnt know what she was doing and i forgave her, 5 days later on my birthday party i noticed that she wasnt outside where everybody else was so i went inside to see if she was there. And turns out she was inside of my parents bedroom making out with some random dude, the level of disrespect. I broke up with her then and there and told her to grab her stuff and leave. I was really upset since around a month before that i just had bought her a new purse which cost me around 250 dollars, so i didnt have alot of money either. I was hungry and sad and i decided to go to subway, The dude was really generous and had a little chat with me, He also gave me a free bag of chips and a cookie. I still have that man added on instagram to this day, and he is problably the reason why im not one of those cringe emo boys right now.

"Don't make any permanent decisions out of a temporary situation". I think that line you said covers everything on this topic in a nutshell. Never just let your life revolve around someone else because they can and may just up and leave one day and there will only be you left to pick up the pieces. At that point you may do something stupid (permanent, I think you can guess what that is) over a situation that really isn't a huge deal. I agree with what you have said in the video, you need to be happy with who you are first, know your value and two people with that attitude can be great together. If any young people are out there and someone broke up with you, just chill for a bit and don't take it too seriously because you will be absolutely fine in no time.
For me, this story was WAY more sad than happy.

Dang I needed this. I’ve been struggling for over a year after a break up. It’s been so hard. But I was 240 pounds working a part time job and all that money was going towards her.
