at 4:00 if the pedal doesn't start tracking untill halfway, it needs to be calibrated. I had the same problem with mine. It's very simple to do and takes just a few seconds. It's described in one of the last pages of the manual: 1 Disconnect the power from the Whammy pedal. 2. Rock the expression pedal forward to the toe down position. 3. Press and hold the effect on/off footswitch while reconnecting the power. 4. Release the footswitch as soon as you see one of the preset LEDs begin flashing, which indicates that you are in pedal calibration mode. After the footswitch is released, the LED will continue flashing. • Note: If the footswitch is held too long, the LED will stop flashing and stay lit. If this happens, repeat the procedure starting back at Step 1. 5. Rock the expression pedal fully back (toe up) and then forward (toe down) two or more times. 6. Press the effect on/off footswitch again to exit the setup mode. •This completes the expression pedal calibration procedure.
I'm not here to critic his technique, i'm hear to hear the pedal. I don't care if he uses his foot, hand, head or balls to depress it as long as I can hear it
He would have to keep reaching down by his foot to change the settings you fool. This way he can demo it and show all the options without have to bend over to the ground to change it.
you dont understand the wahmmy... its not dinamic if you just turn it on/off o just pull it down/up before and after playing... you killed the spirit of this pedal...

Ur a legend!!
Does yours track all the way from the heel or is there still a slight lift before the effect starts?
@@bmortelliti after calibration all the way.
search "audioslave" then select "like a stone" and jump to min 2:50, thats the best use for a wahmmy you can find (MUSE's "newborn" too)
Leandro Gentilcore any tom morello will do
Agreed
Could not agree more
This song is a killer to practice with the Whammy
I gave it a try btw

Thanks for toggling the classic/chords switch!
It was a great demo. I learned a lot and you did great. By the end I was so done with the echo though..
Why does everybody on RUclips seem to demonstrate effects with single coil pickups?
Love it! Create create and create......
Are you using a delay pedal at all?
1:05 Right, buying one.
Commented on your IV vs Original video and as I commented there, this sounds way better. Good video. :)
Are you running the Whammy first in the chain or the delay? Thanks.
It doesn't matter. The Whammy V has true bypass.
Yeah man. This is one sounds great.
Is the tracking good on this, and will it work out on a bass ?
Nah don't think so you have too get a bass whammy which is dark blue
Mahavishnu riffs = Subscribed
The only thing I really liked was effect at 09:25 :)
Great demo!
The only thing that i like in this pedal is the SUPER BEND.
DarkPlay buckethead!
Yeaaa
+UndeROATH Tom Morello... nuff said
In my opinion you look like a cross between Tony Hawk and Tom Morello. Not condescendingly... Just an objective observation.
This looks like Portland Cement
pleaaaase spend more time on the "basic" harmonizer stuff...if anything octavers and whatnot are the basic part.
when I clicked on the video I thought he was the guy from The Vines
