Just put it in your bank and you be good. Forgot that and got robbed of all my hard earned gold. I found a copper sword laying in the castle, had to wait for respawn of that sword.
Man, I remember when I played years ago, I'd actually help people. Some guy got mad that I warned a player to sprint with me through a PVP spot, and to avoid it otherwise. Forgot what for specifically. Told me to stop being a snitch and tried to kill us, but his gear got someone else's attention, we got super lucky. 😔
how can people not know what a pvp area is? do they just not read tutorials?

Unless you're actually aiming to be a chemtrails expert, in which case you've got all the knowledge to inform people of your eh expertise and with how much salt to take your claims. Let me show you why.
Most people born in this decade (2020-2030, 10 year timeframe) aren't past elementary school yet. To which I'd expect an edgy reply like 'oh hur durr I ment decennium lollll' then we'd be in the right age bracket to discuss the impulse related brain bonanza, but you'd still be completely wrong in your original statement lol.
PFC (prefrontal cortex justincase) developing makes 'higher order cognitive functions' harder to do and function as a brake of sorts to yeet impulsive impulses. You argue 'much impulsive stuff, less PFC braking, therefor PFC isn't utilized'. Brains work different. Teens and adolescents' PFC developing means they put in MORE effort to get the same thing done (control impulses), comparable to having 4 out of 6 teammembers competing against full strength teams.
Going to assume that you mean ~18-25 year olds with your 'this decade' thing, which makes the most sense in a way, but doesn't. People in this age bracket typically are seen as more impulsive, which can be linked to the activation of the ventral stratium which encourages experimenting with new things. Risky behaviour and badly planned and/or impulsive actions are moreso due to a lack of experience with these novel situations, the PFC has comparatively little to do with it.

I was doing mage arena for the first time, and a guy in the bank where you get the capes asked me if I was a friendly guy, and was asking a bunch of other suspicious shit. It turned out he was testing me, and then escorted me while I did the quest. He protected me from a PKer, as a PKer on his other account. That shit was fucking wild.

He's good but nowhere near the best or most original. Many other youtubers have done very similar videos to this. Torvesta and Framed for example. The area locked ultimate ironmen are the most strategic.

I do something similar in Rust. I, who is rich as fuck, actually give noobs shit when they ask for it. A few guns or whatever. Then I give them an obvious chance to kill me. Like I offer to walk them back to their base. Making sure I’m loaded out with even better loot. If they don’t, when I get to their place I give them everything I have in addition to what I already gave them. Then I friend request them and maybe there’s a new clan member in the future. If they kill me and take my shit, they get raided and I know I can’t trust them to be on my team.
