I first fell in love with Manson around 1995-1996 when I caught the last half of the "Sweet Dreams" video. I was 10-11 at the time and I was immediately drawn to him because of his image. Even now, all these years later, I just find everything about him irresistible. But if his image is off-putting, just listen to the music and avoid the videos. Maybe check out some of his softer songs. "Half-way and One Step Forward" is fantastic.
This song is great and I’ve been listening to it since it released, but his last song from a few weeks ago “As Sick As the Secrets Within” is even better. You should definitely check it out at some point.
Interesting facts about Manson is he writes his own lyrics! He’s a painter a real artist and he likes to shock people that’s why he wears the creepy makeup.
I have enjoyed his singing since his first album. He is talented and a unique voice for sure. I find that In This Moment pairs well with their sound and styles. Mansons prime was his first albums through Golden age of Grotesque, you can't go wrong by picking a track from those. If your feeling brave, may I recommend "Irresponsible Hate Anthem".

Two weeks ago another single was released ""As Sick As the Secrets Within" and, to be honest, it bored me to hell. But this one is like the Marilyn Manson I became a fan of way back when the album Antichrist Superstar was released in 1996 and I listened to "The beautiful people" for the first time (on MTV). I have been a fan since that day also being happy having seen him perform live in 2017 and just maybe i will go again when he plays in Utrecht February 2025. What makes your question a tad difficutlt to answer is that MM managed to adopt different styles during his career which makes it interesting to keep following him for such a long time. If you want to listen to a band a bit similar in musical style I would suggest (early)Nine Inch Nails or Jack of Jill which has a female singer, Static-X might interest you as well, some Korn albums are worth a listen to as well.
