Is there any modications you have to do to the fuel system such as lt4 direct injection injectors, lt4 high side, or lt4 low side? Is there a auxillary fuel pump? What are the power limits
That's up to you, we generally recommend leaving the high side stock, there's not really any reason to change it. You will need a low side pump capable of delivering enough fuel for the power level you desire. There isn't a power limit to the port, with 1000cc injectors you're good to well over 1200 RWHP on full E85, if you need more, simply switch to bigger port injectors.
Yes, of course. The DI system will still operate to it's max capacity and the port simply supplements once this limit is reached. Removing the DI is a bad idea, it essentially defeats all the performance gains of the LT engine family.

If youre running a low side fuel system would you use that to supply the port injection and use the factory pump to supply the factory DI system?
If you notice, the whole system is fed from the single factory fuel line.
