Angelina is the only female vocalist I know of that not only co-wrote a soon to be grammy winning song, but she also reimagined it in different genre’s and renditions. Who else does that? IMO, this pure jazz version is a consummate master work. Angelina is single handedly introducing the younger generation to the jazz genre, for which so many who have never listened to jazz before in their lives. Angelina is razing jazz from obscurity back to being the uniquely wonderful genre that it is.
