I could tell no difference with it at all compared to 1080p, watching on 1920 x 1080. In fact, 1080p60 has significantly better view quality.

The sea of humanity in L.A. is mind boggling. Discovered in 1542 by a Spanish navigator, there were only a handful of indigenous Indians there. Hard to imagine how L.A. County population grew to 10 million people in less than 500 years. Excellent video, excellent tour, thank you for posting.
Flying over south central gives you a different perspective on how big the city really is. this video was dope. All of it.

It was fun watching that. I love aerial views of L.A. I would love to take a ride but I would need to take Dramamine prior to flying. I love looking at the urban landscape of L.A especially since it is transected and bounded by mountains. The coast on one side and the mountains on the other together help to define this city in a geographic context but in cultural, social ways as well.

Is it Me or is LA and surrounding towns and cities like one big never ending suburb? I'm from uk and it reminded ds me of the out skirts of a British city but different in that it goes on forever.

Sightseeing tours start at 90 dlls for 15 min. I paid 160 for a 30 min ride.

It's pretty much bigger than most places but its primarily low density grid pattern endless suburbs with a relatively small downtown. London is far more urban.
I miss LA and Southern California. But I had to get out of California once the political environment got really stupid and draconian.

Suburbs are massive but the skyline is lacking I think Dallas and Houston might even have a bigger skyline but LA definitely has nothing on Chicago or New York!

Most neighborhoods South of Downtown L.A. is the ghettos of South Central, Compton(my hometown), and Watts, which also includes the Barrios of East L.A, Echo Park, Boyle Heights, Huntington Park, Lynwood and several other cities in the vicinity.

The Hollywood hills area looks amazing as does the downtown. Other than that it looks very bland - endless grid pattern low density cookie cutter suburbs intersected by a shopping mall and then more of the same. In terms of a 'big city' vibe it doesn't really stand up to New York or London.
I think the same, taking out downtown Los Angeles, there's nothing left to explore the city, because it's all the same.
