Thanks a really useful guide! When linking a SharePoint do you need to direct it to the SharePoint document library or the whole site/domain? The doc library is more than 2 steps deep so not working for some reason. Thanks
I believe you can point to a doc lib and it used graph api under the hoods so should not have any problems with how deep the files are. I would recommend checking documentation or posting your issue on forums in case someone has experienced something similar powerusers.microsoft.com

You can have existing flows integrated as long as trigger is from PVA

Amazing video, my expecttions were thatI can creat a custom made GPT using my internal site and document, but it's actually a chat-bot that only answers questions 🤷♂🤷♂ although I provide it with tons of references :S

I believe there are some options and config needed in azure for that. Not tried it so not sure.
Is it possible to have the option for users of your co-pilot to upload documents? I want to make an app that analyses a particular type of document that we use at my company. I was able to make a custom GPT on chatGPT that does this, but not on Co-pilot studio.
I dont think so its an option as of now
Thank you for the video, I am creating my own chatbot and have been trying to figure out how I can add in a feedback feature to tell the generative AI if it got the answer right or wrong. I noticed that you can do this when creating a topic with the gen ai using the thumbs up or down feature and was wondering if I could incorporate this into my generative response so I can train it to answer how I want to

@@RezaDorrani Is there any way to fine tune the way responses are generated? Like language and such? Should I use a custom prompt plugin or is it better to have better written knowledge base documents?
Also this may be a stupid question but is there a way to combine variables or have the generative response work on a general and then more specific description? For example, it may be helpful in getting a more accurate answer if I have the user ask a question, have the bot ask for more details, and then create a generative response off of both those pieces of info

Hi, I have a list in which I have a lookup column based on that am fetching some other columns from lookup list ..now if I use these current list as a source in powerapps form...the update property is asking data in record format.. however those columns in lookup list are type of single line of text and number...how can update those columns in powerapps

I am looking to solve one customer query. i noticed that you mentioned about using gen AI which is used to bring response. I have my employees asking queries, the answers of which are retrieved from knowledge articles in d365 customer service module. how do i expose these knowledge articles using gen AI or any other mechanism
Currently conversation boosters can point to public sites and SP sites only as far as I know.

Hi sir, i have created a app in power app. And i have some reports made with power Bi . If any user using my app tries to view the report ,it asks to sign in .if signed in also the user has only a trail version.Now i have a licensed power bi pro account .
My question is : Can i change the user account into my licenced power bi account in a power bi tile (any formula?) or any method so that the user can view the report with the licensed account within the power bi tile?
This video is on copilot studio and not about power bi or apps.
My recommendation is to post the comment on the specific video as it can help others as well if it leads to a response.
As far as I know, the user running the app in power bi needs the license.

I'm knew powerapps and automate, but new to PVA, just started exploring around it. This Co Pilot studio looks similar to it, any significant diff btw PVA and this?

PVA is now copilot studio with Gen AI features
Teams specific bots need to be built within teams and they have no Gen AI features.

And 1 more question, Can't we share a copilot created in teams to another user? I see option to Groups and not individual users, don't know why

Copilot in teams are only for that teams users.
They need to be members of team.

Is it possible to connect directly to a Dataverse instance to be able to ask the Copilot about information there?
You can directly call dataverse search api or call flow to perform the search

Hello, when I add URL(s), it still says it doesn't know what it talks about.
Also, when I add data source url through Azure OpenAI it gives me answers, but when I deploy that one to copilot studio, its response would again be, it doesn't know

great content as always from Reza. Yet another name change from Microsoft just adding to the confusion. Remember CDS to dataverse and Power Apps Portals to Pages? Few crucial features are in preview so beware of that if you are going to get carried away with the 'magic' and tell your customers that you can do this for production chatbots. You will be doomed. In my experience Power Virtual agents have been the least sought after due to exorbitant costs and confusing capabilities. I am still looking for an answer to how do I build a FAQ chatbot out of an excel document that has QnA pairs and is a part of Sharepoint Document Library without having to create different topics manually inside PVA (or CoPilot whatever...). Any thoughts on this would be appreciated Reza!
Its not just a name change. PVA + Gen AI = copilot studio!

Copilot Studio has a separate add on license.
Could you do a session on using Oauth to authenticate the user and capture the userid
Its in my backlog but not high priority as I have got very few requests on it.

I am using the dev learn version (developer environment) and using the trial for copilot studio.
