  • This is the first time we have mixed all puzzle pieces together and I think that we have developed hatred towards the blue color :P Exactly 12000 pieces, 214 x 157cm, over 163 hours of putting pieces together + around 14 hours of sorting, time-lapse at 1000x speed. Check out the end of the video with close-up shots and try to find all mistakes in the image :)
We took this opportunity to test few new camera setups - your feedback is highly appreciated!

WOW Great job, 12,000 pieces in under 200 hours is amazing especially considering all that blue. Video work was great, it is hard to do a time-lapse on big puzzles. I'm still trying to figure it out. Well done, john

Hi John, Thank you very much for stopping by and for a pleasant comment :] I'm still experimenting and changing the camera setup but I think it's slowly getting close to my expectations :D Thanks, Gosia

Get some puzzle glue. Glue the front. When it's dry flip it over and and spread 2 coats of elmers glue on the back. When they dry it will be like a solid piece of cardboard.

@@leocastagnaro then you can get 3M command strips, basically glue strips and use enough to mount the puzzle on the wall without having to put holes in the wall. Move effective and cheaper than framing.

Hola! Es una maravilla de puzzle. Yo lo terminé y me faltaron 4 piezas pero no las puedo tener al no tener el número de edición. Me podrías decir cuál es el tuyo a ver si me mandan las piezas restantes.

Hi, I feel your pain :) After we did all animals, machines an other objects on the water we were looking for pieces with parts of lines of latitude and longitude, but after that there was nothing else but looking for particular piece shape and shade of blue :/ It was helpful to know that the 1000-piece pattern repeats itself and quite often we were able to check what shape do we need by looking vertically 27 pieces up or down or horizontally 37 pieces left or right from the empty spot. Just please notice that left and right part of the whole image have the pattern flipped 180 degree against each other. Good luck! 💕🧩

Doing this puzzle myself at the moment. Getting a bit annoyed at times by the bad quality of the pieces (pieces fit that shouldnt etc). Also many mistakes in the puzzle and some repeating images. I do really like the image as a whole though
