FEDEM simulation of Harley Davidson Softtail with 113cc S&S engine (0-60mph simulation)

This video shows a Softtail with 113cc S&S engine accelerating from 0-60mph in 4 seconds (the original does it in 4.8 seconds). Both bike setups are simulated with all structural and mechanical components represented by a mix of FEMs, lumped masses, springs, dampers, tires etc to give correct mass and stiffness distribution and reliable results.
