Hey dear....the fees vary, but broken down into Green card fee about 220 usd per head If you are using an agency, they pay for the principal member then you pay for your dependants. IOM medical fees vary as well depending on what services they are offering you, but an aestimate of 130 usd or more....it may take two to three years, dependant on so many factors, like currently, retrogression might affect people.
