Hallo Sabine, schön mal wieder von dir zu hören :) Freue mich sehr das dir das Video gefällt!
Thanks for the breakdown. Still getting used to the functions on this software after using Photoshop for so long.
Great video great tutorial I purchased the software after watching your videos 👍🏻
excellent video
Excellent, Olivio, my understanding of blur goes ahead in leaps and bounds, because of this tutorial! Your comments on some shortcomings will hopefully be noted by the developers (however it is still a great program!).
Thank you, Jim. Happy i could help :)
Thanks for the tutorial. A lot of the blur filters gain power from creative masking
Hi Rick, how are you doing. That's actually a great point. I should do a video about that. :)
Also by changing blend modes... E.g. attaining the Orton Effect with Gaussian Blur
Ok, I did manage to watch most of it, of course it is amazing the multiple blur effects that are possible but virtually all is not a good result and just destroys your image, the only effect that is actually usable would be depth of field blur and this is well worth the investment, the effects are really cool, you do want to isolate your point of interest and then blur your background as as you wish, especially good for abstract macro work!
Hi Zardos, every blur effect can be used for a certain purpose and you can always limit the area of effect by making a selection or isolating the area on a new layer. So how well they work really depend on the way they are used :)
Very informative thank you. They have these on the iPad also
Hi Linda! Thank you :) Looking forward to see what you make with them. Post some stuff in our Patreon Community if you want :)
Olivio Sarikas I marked all your videos as favorites so I can find them easily. As soon as I settle into my new house I’ll make some things.
Oh, you are moving. How nice. Hope you love it at the new place. :) Btw.: You can also just bookmark the playlist. I add every new video there: ruclips.net/p/PLH1tkjphTlWUlEKT63vb1IhVlHPp0e3eH
why would you want to use a permanent filter over an editable live filter?
