#2 is pretty well known among regular lighter users for one that's too low even on the highest setting. Be careful though. It can get too hot from the bigger flame and pop in your hand. I've seen it happen. It wont kill you but it'll take your eyebrows off.

No, the can doesn't explode because the pressure of gas that coming out of can prevents it from coming close to cap , there is a change sometimes the tip of the cap catches fire but it's a small amount it goes off instantly
it depends on how long you hold onto the trigger. :D so don't hold it for too long, ok?

That and the fact that there is no oxygen inside of the can to support combustion. You couldn't get a flame to go back into the can if you tried. Even if you were to somehow produce a flame inside the can, it would still do nothing due to lack of oxygen.
Its not likely but yes it can happen. All it needs is just a small defect on the can or or bad luck. As someone before me already said usually the pressure is to much for it to tunnel back but all it need is a loss of pressure or the can being to empty. Also people said nothing can combust in the can because there is no oxygen in it. That theorethically correct but still extremly dumb. The thing is if the fire tunnels back it damages the opening of the can allowing oxygen to get into the can. I also have seen it explode in the hands of a friend of mine. He was lucky to not lose his hand but his family had to pay a shit ton of money for the hospital because you can be sure no insurance is gonna cover this crap.

I'm not an expert but in my theory it can't because fires/explosions need air to work and inside of an deodorant bottle is no air. That's why underwater missiles are also ignited in a chamber with a lot of air before launching. I can't guarantee that this is correct but that is what i think
It can explose not because the fire come back in the tank but because of the heat make the gas tank broke ( becase lighter 's gas tank máde of plastic) sr for my english.

no, thats the same principle of propane tanks, gas welders and the lighter itself. When u release the valve the gas is going out because of the pressure. It never comes back cus the pressume makes it out

you get the dust from the flicking the lighter :) it takes a while of flicking but thats whats used to actually light, not gun powder :) enjoy
If you are into firearms you can also take lighter flints and attach them to the tip or better still inside the hollow part of hollow point bullets.creating something near incendiary rounds. .22 caliber works best because the forces of higher power rounds may make the flints come off while going down your gun barrel but that is not as much of an issue if stuck inside of hollow points. when the bullet hits something hard the flints create a pretty good shower of sparks. Ive never had much luck with getting them to start a fire even when shooting at a puddle of gasoline on concrete but I suppose its possible and the light show is cool at night. You can take it a step further and create incendiary exploding ammunition as well. This works better with larger caliber rounds because they can hold more power. Fill the hollow space of a hollow point almost full with gun powder, set a flint or several flints depending on the size of the round on top of powder so that the flints just barely extend out from the tip of the bullet. Ever so carefully seal it all up with hot glue or candle wax. Once again be sure nothing you do changes or extends past the outside diameter or anything else that would hit on the inside of your gun barrel. One can also use primers instead of flint but you get less of a spark show'if useing [rimers set it so the primer does NOT extend beyond the tip of the bullet. Its not going to blow up a tree or anything but the powder detonating has the effect of splattering the bullet into fragments and increases the damage to a soft target if a soft target can make the flint spark(it wont most times) On hard targets its sends pieces of bullet shrapnel flying in all directions. You dont want to be standing in front of a brick wall when one of these modified round hits it a few feet away especially when its a modified 12 gauge slug. It may not kill you but it could and its going to hurt like hell

Do not load modified ammo in semi automatic firearms, magazine or clip fed firearms, i would not load them in revolvers either. It is my opinion that any ammo modified in this way should only be hand fed into the chamber of a weapon one at a time and the trigger pulled from a distance using fishing line otherwise triggered while you are well away from the firearm and preferably behind something that is capable of stopping a bullet or shrapnel. Basically USE SOME DAMN BRAINS AND DONT GET SOMEBODY OR YOURSELF HURT OR KILLED. ITS NOT ILLEGAL BUT GETTING ARRESTED BY THE ATF KIND OF SUCKS. As an EMT I would not advise doing this first one. Two years ago I went on a call where two kids did this with a stick lighter and an aerosol can. I took one to the trauma center and the other child was airlifted to a children's hospital with significant burns on his chest and face.
