Pathfinder and Air Assault but no jump wings? REALLY?

Yes, REALLY. Unless you’re inserting airborne troops there’s no need or requirement to be airborne qualified. Air mobile and aerial resupply operations are far more common than airborne troop insertions. Airborne units have their own pathfinders to utilize for airborne troop insertions.
