  • Guys this is a good bar. At first the scent threw me off, but after I got a real good smell of verbena. Im not sure if it has any verbena notes in it but it sure does smell like it. The bar has a mild foamy lather that washes off real nice. Very smooth and creamy and basically melts in the shower. Left my skin smooth and hydrated. No irritation and seems to be very gentle. Id give this a thumbs up. The scent lingers on your body for a short while after you exit the shower. Stay clean.

Can you do a review on Piping Rock glycerin bar soap. I've been using it for years and there almost no reviews on RUclips.

Can you explain your technique when using a bar soap
    Bar straight on body
Only lather your hands then use that lather on body
    Wash cloth or luffa

Usually I start with the bar straight on the body. First shower will be like this to test the lather and texture. Eventually I may use a loofa but when using bar soap I really enjoy just the bar. If it has a weak lather I will use a loofa to see if it is better.

I just wet my loofah and rub it on the bar, but everyone does it differently
