Hi Steve: the reason they were staring at you at the church's back entrance. Not a good thing when you have a beer at the back door of a church. Premier is a good place to pick up something to eat on the go. I have a lot of family in Mosta, the best! Good job Steve, Victor
Good point! But I disagree it was the camera more the the beer , But it was a joke know one was really staring more than usual it's a maltese way i noticed for many years ,
Older Maltese are really judgmental they go to mass and come out swearing against God while still on the Church steps so a beer will just give them someone else to talk about. I'm Maltese by the way and this is from my own experience

I just got home from work it's 1 in the morning and now I am hungry. When I lived in Mosta there was a small bar called Joe's in that area and he made the best hamburgers and Pizzas. Thanks for the videos.

Hi Steve! Really enjoyed this again! I was having my breakfast here in Sydney Australia and watching you eat my favourite things, Maltese food! I used to like getting street food from the places in Paola when we stayed there on holidays, its all very yummy! I hope one day hopefully next year, I can come back to beautiful Malta and enjoy all these things again.Thanks for your videos.

I cook it in a vegetarian style as well as the meat (proper like! ), I find that using the freshest feta cheese gives the best flavour in the vegetarian one. (can you have cheese??)
@@simplelife6663 There is vegan cheese but the one I tried was awful lol I'm not strictly vegan all the time so will eat the odd bit of cheese now and again. Feta is lovely!

Yes I remember this when I came holidays ..Mother Made a big dish for everyone , It makes a bit more dry taste with pastry ..But it was good ..Think needed a bit more cooking the pastry was a bit pale ..Thanks for the comments

I miss the pastizzi from Premier, some of the very best in all of Malta, please pass me a few of the cheese ones through my screen, if only that could work, LOL, it's been around a long time, yet I have only tried their pastizzi, that 'Timpana' does look great minus the sesame seeds, a lot of places are putting them on some of the pastizzi as well which I don't remember before either. I often had Timpana at Dick's Bar in St Julians before it shut down. It seemed to be the kind of bar you either loved or hated
