Enjoyed the video Andy. Mull is one of our favourite Scottish islands. Love your VW camper van. We have just bought a new Carthago and look forward to many more adventures around Bonnie Scotland and beyond. Thanks for sharing. Irvine & Karen.
First time viewer and I’m actually going to be back on Mull myself in a few days. Your trip round ardnamurchan brought back memories - that filling station used to be the most expensive one I knew about ! Also, I know the tree you started off with as I’ve shot that myself. Just after you turn off the A9 by Dalwhinny distillery if I recall. Can’t wait to see your next vlog. Ps I also shoot with the D850. Stunning camera.
Welcome to the vlog Graham. You are right about the filling station - it's in the wee village of Strontian on the edge of Loch Sunart and can be really expensive. Thanks for watching.
First time watching one of your videos. Enjoyed it. When looking at the image of the tree on the back of your camera, you had a lovely cloud street coming in from the left that was angling down towards the tree, giving you a leading line, which wasn't there on the final shot. Any reason why?
Hi Ian, thanks for watching and good to hear you enjoyed it. When I had that lovely cloud on the left of the image the right hand side was completely blown out and I had very little detail in the clouds on that right hand side, unfortunately. In this instance I went for the more balanced image - but I see what you mean about those lovely lead-in lines. Thank you for your feedback
Excellent images and video very informative and professional have subscribed 👍

Thanks Irvine and Karen for the feedback. I'm sure that Carthago will be much more comfortable to explore Scotland in 🙂
Great to find you on RUclips and still using a DSLR as I am and getting beautiful images. Thanks for sharing.
