Hey Joe, I appreciate your videos. I see you have an equally passionate/serious approach to your grooming. I decided to grow mine out(fade short sides) but its only at 2 in. So far. I agree with the smoothness factor and I utilize my finger-sized waves. I am curious if you only have to use a handheld straightener verses also using a longer lasting chemical straightener. Anyways, 'do looks great, & great texture

i think the messier one looks better. but i am not a fan of slicked back, i think your normal texturised quiff/side swept hair looks the best. cheers!

Last week I cut my hair really short and am wishing I didn’t cause I want this hair style. I’m going to start growing it, but want to keep it as neat as possible over the next 6 months, so I will trim the sides where I can. You say the top of your head at the front is 6”. What about the top nearing the back of your head? Does your hair gradually get shorter? I’d like to keep the back a bit more trimmed if possible.

Rafaelo Pap damp is best for me. I never bother to blow dry. Keep it simple
Having damp hair with the product helps the hair absorb the product more I guess and gives more volume and texture, well for me anyways.

Hmm, Just damp your hair then put the wax in (I use Cream concrete Swedish product) and then blow dry your hair backwards with cool air and if you want it to stay good use hair spray 😎
