Training the brain as much as the feet, hands and the rest. That's the key to elite players. Good video Jeremy.
Conner is definitely a 1 in a million. How’d the Oilers get Gretzky and now McDavid!? Coach Jeremy always doing great work in a great way! I love everything you put out! You’re 1 in a million too!
His head is up during all these drills, that's most impressive to me!
Yea. That's a very clever way to do that
That’s very important
I can do that

Jeremy You Are My favorite hockey channel I think You Really Know How To Break Down Every Thing to Make It Easier. Keep Doing What Your Doing I love Your Videos.
Thank you
1:14 those boys that day didn't realize they were watching a legend in training
That oilers logo in the back foreshadowing the draft lol
Isaac Klompstra omg said same thing
I think corruption in the NHL foreshadowed that more so.
Hey Jeremy, informative as always. Got a question for you though. McDavid is using one of those street hockey balls in this video; is it better to use one of these versus a weighted ball/golf ball/stick-handling ball?
_Adult rec leaguer trying not to look so bad on the ice_
I prefer a green biscuit of stickhandling ball. anything will do, and maybe this gym just uses the street hockey balls because they are affordable
Connor was a beauty from the start and all the kids noticed amd were watching him hahah
pure talent.
@@orisphere and work ethic.
Def a good video I learned lots and now implementing these drills
Sick videos man, thanks for doing what you do.
I really like the tip about counting to maintain a head-up position and focus. Keeping my head up while stick handing is something I struggle with. Any ideas about how someone could do this when they're practicing alone?
about the numbers, when your body is doing physical work your brain turns off, doing these drills and having your brain working is great practice for applying these skills on the ice and playing smart hockey
Jeremy dropping the dope beats :)
I can't even skate and chew gum at the same time...
@Anabella-Jazmin Pouliot Montero woah ur good
mikerotchizitchy Don’t chew gum, then.

love ur videos jeremy
Thanks Cohen!
+The Hockey Movement by How To Hockey your videos are the greatest the other hockey RUclipsr I like is Bauer yt
Loving the Cedar stick you have there...
Great as usual Jeremy
My brother has been doing you drills 24 7
Love your vids
I think the idea of having the coach using his hand to have the player count off numbers while doing drills is brilliant. I hate to think of all the years I spent staring at the puck while showing off (And getting lit up from time to time) while obsessing over my puck control without teaching yself to do it without looking at the puck. This is the drill Ill put my kids through almost as much as ice time itself. If the law will allow it lol
that's awesome!
Hey... This is THE MOST helpful channel, as I am getting ready to play Special Needs hockey... since clappers are not encouraged, watching these videos really help. From Los Angeles With Sauce!!
Great videos as always Jeremy!
Thanks Jeremy!
Definitely will get the app when it gets to Google play! Great video Jeremy!
hey jeremy i was wondering if you had a store or online shop if not do you think you will do one cause i would really like a hockey movement sweatshirt!
My hockey coach said watch this and I actually sub to you
What would you recommend concerning rep time on each of these drills
Amazing video! Awesome training!!
This has helped me alot thank you
Great, great video.
Does he use a shorter stick for dry land training
Jeremy, how do I keep my bottom hand from doing most of the rotation during stickhandling? I've noticed my bottom hand always opens up when I stick handle and when I compare it to the dangle time app your hand does not.
Torch the Tank take an empty toilet paper roll and put it on your stick where your bottom hand goes. This forces you to use your top hand and let the stick slide up and down through your bottom one
Paynan Diaz little late to the party but have been doing this for a few weeks and have noticed lots of improvement thanks!
It would be cool if on your Dangletime app you had a feature that showed different numbers so we could do what Connor was doing without having to use another person👍🏻
I will add it!
I tried these drills and instantly got better
Would you use your regular stick or cut one down to size without skates?
I wonder the same
and thanks for showing that video for me those tips might help
Something else that wasn't obvious to me at first, is that he's pushing off with his inside leg on those drills.
Hey Jeremy, is the an app we can use which has numbers and you need to repeat after it. To replace the person calling out the numbers
Mad handles
Thank you for the app it’s really good😄😄
Hard to believe 5 years more after that and he's in the NHL.
can you give any tips to get a more "hockey fit" body
You are probably more hockey fit then I am. I am 15 and only 80 pounds
+Andrew Schmidt WTFF I THOUGHT I WAS SKINNY AT 110
+TheMoZone lol.
Andrew Schmidt Jeez how are you alive
+Andrew Schmidt jeez bro. I'm 15, 6'1" and 150
Love the videos Jeremy, especially the apps. Dangletime is a really fun app, but maybe add a play area in the app to make it more fun. For example, there is a virtual character with a hockey stick and you can move your finger around to stickhandle around objects. It might seem a little bit much, but it can help set the balance after stickhandling for a long time and so you can take a break afterwards. :)
I'd make that a separate app
What’s better to practice my stick handling, a puck or a ball? Like so coach Jeremy sees
Wow...just, wow!
Great Video!
Bruh that kid in the blue shoes. What is he doing?
lol
Jakob Smeltzer that was a quickness drill
Not making it to the pro leagues, that's what he's doing.
Took the words right out of my mouth kid.
This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "hockey training game" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Banonnor Veyathan Release - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got cool success with it.
Simple, effective and applicable. Cheers!
Great video
Mind Blowing good!
Hey Jeremy, i like your shoes. What are those?
Very good!
That's insane! 😮
Outstanding video of a truly outstanding player. Connor McDavid is the most complete player and is right up there with Sid Crosby after less than 2 years in NHL. He is awesome to watch to say the least. These videos are great, keep them coming and Thank you.
McDavid's shooting, faceoffs, board play and overall defensive game isn't at an elite level, I wouldn't call him a complete player like Crosby or Bergeron.
Everybody has a right to their opinion and experienced commentators on NHL Now agree with me. McDavid's stats for goals and assists speak for his playmaking ability. Being a Captain of an NHL Hockey Team after a year speaks of his leadership and influence on the Team at the ripe old age of 19 is incredible to say the least. Having a Plus/minus score of 25 on the NHL Scoring Stats also speaks for what has taken place when McDavid is on the ice-someone on his shift to include him is scoring. Bergeron is 42 points under McDavid right now. Bergeron is good but does not compare. It is as simple as that.
Should I do these with roller blades and gloves
those gloves look sweet af!
Great App!!
great vid thx!
a video idea is maybe just making a sequence of numbers for players training at home to call out while doing drills for 1 minute or so
great videos. I'll be getting the app when it comes to android.
Bill Giblin it’s money
Please make your app free I really want to use it but I’m not aloud to buy it
Love your vids and I was the 100th like and I subed
I see only the BIIIIIG GLOVEEEES in the video ...
He’s amazing 🤩 no wonder his in the NHL
Connor is a genetic freak! Has the physiology, strength, endurance, speed, kinesthetic awareness, smarts that make him the one in a billion athlete!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Connor has some sick dangles
That oilers jersey was there for a reason
Do you work for HockeyShot?
Koleś wymiata! Wow!!!
WOW, No wonder he's lead the league in scoring again.
How long should I do each of the drills?
Robert Aga-Thoresen well I learned when u do hockey exercise u should do 45 seconds as fast as possible and then 30 seconds rest then start over like a hockey shift quick and intense
How long do I do these drills a day?
Been doing some of these drills everyday for a week, about an hour a day after work and wow. This shit is fucking hard
See the jersey on the wall? Haha who knew he’d be playing with that exact player haha
Mcdavid rules
Does the cypress have a thin shaft or normal?
Drillas make Killas!
How Long should you do this? And how many times?
Start with 30 seconds 4 set of each combination. If you have a lot of stamina just increase the time ;)
@@tiggavideo thank you
@@tiggavideo is is best with the big orange ball, green biscuit or a little tecnic ball?
@@aleksanderbilenko5707 Whichever suits you. Sometimes it is good to practice with strange objects like bounce ball or a golf ball :). Otherwise I stick with a normal puck (but this requires a plate to slide on)
@@tiggavideo thank you very much☺️
Nice gloves
True
There's a reason he's the best in the world.
Man looks like he's playing dance dance and stick handling
Gagner jersey in the background, now teammates.
