The thing that should be standard across the board is plumbing and wiring up to code with good access points for maintenance and repairs. Water cut offs at all water sources. And, schematics for all systems.
Pray someone in the design department of manufacturing sees this. The people have spoken and are tired of having to do expensive shopping for just the basics BEFORE getting on the road. THANK YOU for sharing.
Another idea for handling the blues after a big trip, get all your digital pics and videos together and make a movie. I’ve had fun doing it and I’ve shown the kids how to do it and they love it. iMovie comes free or there are paid programs too. Make a short or long video of your vacation . You’ll be amazed at how many times you watch it and how much you’ve forgotten 😊. One of our favorite things to do as a family. It will also change how you take pictures. You can also add a favorite song to it, or a generic soundtrack that fits that they provide.
Feel better Mike! As a veteran teacher, I get the Sept cold syndrome . Thanks again, you guys ,for your input on everything and congrats on your Campies!! Love you guys💗
I think things like hooks and towel rollers are highly individual, and I prefer to make my own choices. Other items are easily upgraded to fit our needs. I think the OEMs have to stay neutral to keep prices competitive. The tpms system that came with our Reflection was junk and I tossed it in the trash. Most truck manufacturers have integrated trailer tpms that is far superior to aftermarket.
Thoughtful placement of lights and outlets. Our Kitchen electrical outlets are in the underside of the upper cabinets. Between those and the lights, there isn’t room for anything else like a paper towel holder, fold up knife rack or fruit hammock. If more compact lighting was used, we could fit more things we need in the tiny kitchens. And a shelf in the upper cabinets. Lots of wasted space there otherwise.
Get rid of jacknife sofa, need comfortable chairs. Place TV where you can see it. Not turning sideways from couch. Place to put your coffee pot. Then secure it when traveling. Not having to store it somewhere to travel. Option to remove the stove. No one uses an rv stove. Hard to light stove

One piece fiberglass roofs and Azdel walls. Also put good quality roof vent fans in, not the cheapos!

@@jrkjmahol81 cloth seating. There's way too many new fabric choices to suffer with the pleather that doesn't hold up.
We cook in our rv all the time so I like a quality stove and oven. Too many rainy or buggy days to be forced to cook outside.
Any built-in surge protector needs to be user-replaceable as they are a "wear item" that can be damaged doing it's job protecting your RV.
Congratulations to you. I hope you have a blessed and wonderful day. 🎉😂❤
Wow, if the rv industry did all that then who could afford one lol
Most of the items people have listed items are very inexpensive
