Buenas tardes una pregunta, para un peso de carne de 4 kgs y medio más o menos, y un tiempo de fritura de 14 minutos y 30 segundos a 350 F., qué válvula de peso muerto tendría que ocupar? Ehhh visto que hay valvulas de 3 psi, 7 psi y 12 psi? Que diferencia exististe entre los diferentes pesos? De antemano muchas gracias por la atención ✋✋✋
