You showcased that plane like no other. Even though most of us can't fly like that you give us a challenge to be better. Thank you for mentioning the war with Russia. That means alot. I've made comments to other channels flying the su 27 and they deleted my comments about Russian planes. Thank you. Very honest review. Your not just doing this for the money. Over and out captain.
No kids in the backseat for this flight!! That was fun to watch, another great flight Jon. Ryan had a guy on his channel that fliez it hard as well. He belly first pancaked it, loud impact, shattered everything. Possibly flaperons would help with the "wonkey". I guess it would depend on what you're trying to accomplish at the time. Great video, AirHammer out!!
At the advice of some guys in a forum, I mounted my Rx underneath the vertical stab and while it was a pain to do and run all the wires, It cleaned up the front and allowed get to get my CG back pretty far!
I love mine. Its definitely one of the more interesting 70mm's. Its 10% off right now. Agree on the CG/battery placement. They should have routed all the electronics into the turtle deck area, and made the entire fuse available.
Had my Yak in a bix for a year. Finally put it together. Will be flying on a RDQ Race Day Quad LiHv 4500 70c wt. 475g. What do you think 6- 7 minute flight times? Put a Hobbyeagle A3L Lite in it for more stable landings. Thanks for the cg and control surface settings....and the flight lessons!!
It's definitely not a beginner's jet. You're better off with the E-flite or FMS Viper, both of which are in our long form videos. The E-flite one was just posted recently and includes a full tutorial on takeoffs and landings for newer pilots.
Just run it on 7s. I'm flying my fms Viper70 on 7s and gained 300g more thrust. Top speed isn't affected much but its acceleration is much better. Once my Yak comes I'll be upgrading the esc straight away for 7s.
Almost forgot I Like this too :) I suppose its either you love her or you hate her 🤣 Looking for the Father’s Day discount: Avanti 70, Yak 70 or Futura 80 🧐🤨🤨 well maybe BaeHawk 80 or Rafale 80 instead (?) 😆
@@TwoBrosRC We will finally have SMC packs in Europe, i spoke with Danny and he sent me a link to the shop that will have them. Thank you for your quick reply!
We wouldn't recommend it - the jet flies best on lightweight packs. Anything heavier than a 4400 will introduce accelerated stalls at a much higher airspeed.

Cheers, thanks!
Damn your wife did such a crazy good job with that camera work! Great review!
You push this one hard! w00t
Absolutely, my favorite 70mm edf....
Jon I love the configuration setup you share pre flight! It’s very clear and useful! Thanks 🙏🏻
Glad it was helpful!
@@TwoBrosRC thanks! Hope you’ll be able to share it for future videos as well 🤩

It seems a bit late to do that now given that we've already glued ours in place. Might be worth looking into though. Thanks!
AMAZING. Thank you guys 🥰
1:20 thanks for that. Hope you put thede pages up for all your reviews now on. 👍🏾
the YAK-130 from FMS and the MiG-29 from SebArt is the two EPP EDF´s i would say is the best of all EPP EDF´s i tried.

But hey, at least it comes down like a harrier if you want to land it that way!
ace camera person
Have one, flies great. Need a 90mm version🙂
really love this jet i got the v1 with the wire spring landing gear its loves to bounce on landing but ive never had issues with it.
This was my first EDF. Great little plane. Technically it was my first plane, but I flew my Super Cub for a week before I jumped into this. Lol
""""LAND""""
🤣🤣🤣
(Nice job!)
Awesome as always...
Great video Jon!
Thanks man! It's not the same without ya around Discord. Hope we'll see you there again sometime!
@Two Brothers Radio Control thanks my friend! I got a new phone, so I just need to relog in.
Ace combat music👌👌👌

You're not going to get our CG flying on 4500 packs. It'll also be more stall prone with the heavier weight
Very nice vid and flying! Very informative - thanks for posting all the setup info. Do you mind listing your top 70mm jets? Thanks!
Su-27 twin 70mm, A-10 twin 70mm, F/A-18 70mm are our top three.
@@TwoBrosRC Thanks for responding!
I haven't flown any of those things before but i have always liked them. Do you think i will be able to fly it with no experience?

A scale jet that flys like that what more could you ask for besides MORE POWER

What 7S battery do you use?

Futura 80mm is our recommendation, 100%: bit.ly/Futura80 - use the code FMS2NR and save 5% on it!
would have liked to see some grass takeoff demos, be curious if there are any jets out there that do really well off grass
viper 90mm off grass all day long
The airport we fly at doesn't have manicured grass. There's no way this thing would fly off anything but the taxiways or runway.
I had this model and I flew it off grass with no problems.
It’s good on grass runway.
Will SMC HV 4400 fit in this plane or 3600 is better option?
The 4400v will fit, but we went with the lighter pack for maneuverability.

Can I fit a GNB 6000mah LIHV battery in it?
We wouldn't recommend it - the jet flies best on lightweight packs. Anything heavier than a 4400 will introduce accelerated stalls at a much higher airspeed.
Launch one in 90 MM
We don't have a 90mm Yak.
Motion HAD one
pls put the g meter in this thing
The screen recorder wasn't behaving today so we gave up on it.
