They allegrdly lost their patent for Sierra Mist. They threatened to sue someone who was using the name and found out their patent was expired and said person beat them to the punch to get it. Thus, Starry was born......allegedly lol

I live in Iowa- on an actual working farm- and I joke with my friends in Des Moines (the city folk) that they are "appropriating agrarian culture" with their "modern farmhouse kitchens"...
