Looking at what you eat in a day, I think I aren't eating enough or the right foods, I usually just have a ham sandwich for my lunch, cereal for my breakfast and a tea I cook from scratch, occasionally a biscuit or 4 and thats basically it in a day. I like watching these as they give me inspiration for lunches or dinners, I like portage but couldn't put fruit on, I'm a milk only person, I do have Scottish blood in me my granddad came from Scotland but I can't stand sugar honey or syrup in it.
Often it can be portion size that’s the key, especially with things like cereal. I used to hate porridge but can eat it now and enjoy it. The best thing about slimming world is it makes you realise the filling power of protein and veggies. You just need to do what suits you hun. It’s all about calorie deficit at the end of the day … it’s the only way we lose weight no matter what approach you take xx
