Riding the Glen Loin Loop (18km) behind Arrochar. The outward leg is mostly landrover track, and the return is on amazing single track. See me crash at 5:20.

Good crash matey, I done this loop couple weeks ago on new bike and shock was pumped up a bit too hard and rebound a bit too slow and I dug in and went straight over the bars and landed on me chin around the rockiest downhill bit not too far from where you went tree spotting 🚵🏻♀️😂

Both fine, kids looked a bit shocked when I got back to the house in Arrochar, didn’t realise I had smeared blood all over my face🤕
We did it in 2 hours 15mins - that was with a few snack stops.
