- This week was full of excitement for me. I got to hang out with Kristen at Softflex and teach my little wire turtle design & I had to keep a Very Big Secret from my mom in order to surprise her with a visit during her birthday week & she joined me and my sister Jenny for my wrap-up and chat today!

It's so wonderful to see the closeness you obviously share with your mom and your sister! So special! Your mom was beaming. She's so adorable! I wish my sister had an interest in jewelry making, or at least wearing! She doesn't wear jewelry at all....no even her wedding band!

My mom lives in Texas like I do, but it's 9 hours drive away, in the Panhandle. I didn't grow up there, I grew up in Arizona. We're having the best time!
