"Sitting on a pile of cash" does not include thousands of native Nashvillians who are struggling to find affordable housing. No shame!

25000 units coming on the market in next 2 years. all constructed on construction loans with stringent requirements for occupancy within a certain timeframe after completion of construction.

Luxury Apartments in Nashville, must be hurting in Nashville. What happened to “Biden’s Reduction Inflation Act”?

Maybe the reason they are hurting is because they are trying to rent efficiency/studio apartments and one bedroom units for $2,030 - $4,260. What does that have to do with Biden? We are a Republican state with a Republican House, Senate, and Governor that can afford a $2.1 billion new football stadium with 62,000 seats that most Nashvillians will never visit.

I really dont understand moving to a land locked, on a flood plain, crime ridden city woth no ocean, none of the old country music charm left. Humidity in the summer. Grid lock on the streets. To get drunk on 2nd Avenue or watch the drunks in 2nd avenue. There's no real cowboys. No ranches. Just a sinkhole in the middle of Tennessee. Nastyville, the gilded shtty. What for??
