2019 was the first year for the USB. I agree 100% that bike is a BOBBER not a Bagger, if you you do a lot of road trips you should get another bike for that purpose. It will do long road trips no problem but it is not very comfortable doing it. I say that from experience I rode from Wisconsin to the state of Mississippi and back, and now I have a 21 Vintage Dark Horse for road trips, a lot better experience doing a lot of miles comfortably.
Totally agree with you. Bike in itself is awesome for its original purpose! Good decision on getting the Dark horse, love that bike, it looks good too 👍🏻 Hope you still have your Bobber! Thanks for sharing your opinion.
@@drifter-indian1448 will be buying another Bobber this year, gathering the necessary parts first, seat, saddle bag(indian) rear suspension. all parts are sourced from Facebook market place so used parts, to make it to my specs. i learned from my 2019 bobber what I need for this bike. mine was black matte looks great but hard to keep it that way so I'm going with black metallic easy color to match if the rock chips get to be too much.
It's a generic Fog lights/spot light from Amazon, mounted on the radiator housing using a bracket which is bolted on to the hole where Crash bars/engine guards go. For windshield I have the generic National Cycle smoke black windshield. This is removable and very effective. Check my channel for detailed vid on the windshield.
That is what Indian recommends. Forst one at 500 miles as part of break-in service and then subsequent ones at every 10k. However, my practice is to do it every year. i usually get about 5-6k miles in a year. In my experience the oil at 6k miles looked bad, and as time goes it loses it's viscosity as well.. i will suggest you change at least around 7-8k miles, if can't do every year.
LOL... I agree, 5k is a good time to get it changed. My rule is once a year and I usually have about 5-6k mile of riding in a year, so it works out well for me.
Happy safe holidays to you, too! Thanks for the video.
👍🏻
Did u put Led light after all on headlight
Not yet, but did buy one, planning to install it in the next couple weeks. Waiting for a good weekend to spend some time working on it.

Thank you very much
I thought scout bobber oil change interval is every 10k miles.
