love my t262 and m262 great trimmers man. My wire split on mines and have to shut off with choke. Im rig it up with speaker wires😊👍

Same thing happened to me with one of my echo225 years ago. Overall you’ll like the shindaiwa better. More power and it a commercial. Now I have the same issue with the off switch connection but it took me a while before that happened to me

These are basically the same thing as the echo 2620s only thing that changes is the trigger i think. I run 2620s theyre great trimmers.

The shindawia is shaft drive not cable.
I have four of those 262s they're great weed eaters but every one of them the switch is bad on them. I've had to unplug all of them and just use a choke to kill it. Mine when you sweat too much it wood short the switch out and it starts cutting out on you. But they're great weed eaters.

The wire from the kill switch to the coil likes to break under the handle near the engine.

A Maruyama is my string edger, the adjustable speed, no safety, and crazy light weight. When I gotta do something big with a string trimmer, t302x. The trimmers I have I wanna convert them into kombi's
