Both China and India have a no-first-use policy. In the event of a war with India, the most likely to use nuclear weapons first is Pakistan. Pakistan lacks a NFU policy.

This video's scene is so realistic because PLA soldiers used to arm themselves with nailed wooden bats to beat India's troopers at the border conflict. And this video showed me a related scene like this...but whatever PLA soldiers didn't get a perfect victory against India's soldiers even though they have the deadly hand-made weapons.
Most of the PLA thugs neck were snapped with bare hands by Indian Army.
That's because Indian commando are better trained and broke the necks of chinese soldiers with two soldiers in 1 hand each
