When I was depressed a couple of months ago, all I could hear was a ringing sound in my ear and I didn't understand what the point of anything was. Some days I felt like I had zero energy. I appreciate that rant/pep talk. I hit legs yesterday, did front and back squats (bad idea) and rdl's, I was dying because I'm still getting the hang of this vegan thing. I was second guessing this lifestyle quite a bit today, but your speech helped a bunch. I also learned that I need to step my reading game up.
