He does not need (does not need)
A microphone!
His voice is fucking (fucking)
POWERFUL!!!
There is one right to his mouth
He did not need ( did not need)
To blow our minds (to blow our minds)
But that shit happens to him
ALL THE TIME!!!
You should hear Darby Mills from the "Headpins" circa 1982...and she's, like 5 foot nuthin'
No problems with "volume".😎
@@tinkerwithstuff The joke is lost on you.
Go back to school.
Bruce is looking like he lives in an abandoned castle in Transylvania
or in a box
which is exactly how a 60+ years old heavy metal front man ought to look.
Do you believe in.. destiny?
It does and it's metal as fuck
It's hardly abandoned when THE Bruce Dickinson has taken up residence.
Can we get an AMEN for the medical team that dealt with his cancer and saved his voice?
@jean-luc paradis How many drugs are you on my guy?
@jean-luc paradis 😬
@jean-luc paradis what?
Sim. Amém...
NO.
The crazy thing is….his voice stays just as strong as he runs and jumps across the stage.
It does not falter.
I know I personally think his an alien 👽 x
The fact that he can still sing that way after having throat cancer it's just a marvel
just shaking my head at how fucking powerful his voice STILL is.
Saw Bruce singing with Samson in a nightclub around 1981...i was literally about 4-5 feet away from him at the gig and he deafened me...👍
Very powerful voice. Seen Maiden back in the day a powerhouse guys!
Likewise, saw Samson at the Marquee, and you knew he was the band, no disrespect to the other guys, where’s Thundersticks now?
Who was playing drums at the time, Thundersticks or Mel Gaynor?
SCREAM FOR ME SILENT AUDIENCE!!!!!
So happy he's got his long hair back
short hair suits him well too
He cut it back to shoulder lenght again. From Balls to Picasso to Skunkworks part 2.
Hmm. Looking a bit like malfoys dad...prefer it shorter
@@emankcin1701 😲 Nooooo! Why Bruce, why?!
Now he looks like the 80s rock singer we new all them years ago 👍😉
Wow. I knew he could sing but it's so powerful without music. He is magnificent.
And Vince Neil is sat in the front row of the audience taking notes!
Eating noodles more like!!!
lol Vince Neil and Bruce should never be in the same sentence. Back in the 90's when he was at his prime, he was a damn good vocalist. He just doesn't care anymore. It's one thing to lose power and range as you age, even the best ever, like Elton John are singing in a lower key. Vince is so out of shape that he blurts out fragments. And he can't even remember the lyrics most of the time. He will not survive the upcoming tour. Not without some serious weight loss and training
@@valuedhumanoid6574 Even in his 'prime' he was shit live. I loved Motley when I was younger, and the rest of the band always killed it live but Vince has never been much of a singer.
No... no he was not. He was at the buffet
He ate the notes. I was there.
It's funny how Bruce more and more becomes Eddie
Nicko is Eddie.
we're ALL Eddies. But our "reality" doesn't even let us know before it's too late
No,that would be Nicko
whatever happened to Eddie, he was here a minute ago
More flesh though...
God bless you Sir Dickinson !!!!!
I met Maiden on the Powerslave tour, great guys,no childish ego's and what an amazing show!
Still sounds amazing. These guys deliver 110%, every time.
Top 5 ever in the history of vocalists in Metal music.
Loved how Bruce calls breathy tones "whispery bits" 😂😂🤘🤘
He’s one of a kind! Bless him! 🤘
Wasting love! 😭🤘🔥
I didn’t realise Bruce had grown his hair again! Looking like a true Grandfather of Rock now!
The long hair is amazing!
He is really getting his old voice back, and I love it!
He looks like an evil sorcerer ...loving it !
Someone had to step up to take over the role of evil Metal Wizard when we lost Dio. Guess the Mosh of Cardinals finally made up their minds.
To be able to manipulate your voice at 60+ yrs old and reach those high notes is incredibly difficult especially, as he said, without a proper vocal warm up. He is well versed in his craft. Clearly his voice has changed and the head voice is a different part he now uses to reach those high notes. In his younger days his chest/ throat would seem to do the majority of that work. So you will get that change.
To sing Aces High with full chest back in 84 is just mind blowing
I think it's the opposite. The younger you are, more throat and head you can use. And it's easy to notice how "closed" his voice sounds now, that's because he is using only the diaphragm. Putting in other words, he is singing like opera singers.
@@andersonarbues2967 i think the main reason his sound has changed is because he used to sing with more nasal resonance in the 80s.(high larynx) now he’s doing the classical approach since late 90s. I might be wrong though I’m not a pro, singing is just a hobby. But yeah I agree he is using opera technique now
I love this so much. His voice is still so amazing after all these years.
Bruce is so talented he still has such a powerful voice !!
Long hair or short his STILL sings fcukin brilliantly ever since seen him in 1982 with maiden to present day 👏👏👏👏🤘🤘🤘
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Why wouldn't he?
Best ted talk ever
62 years old my good Bruce. Long live
I sound exactly like him when I’m taking a shower…
So that’s once a year then🤠
And then you woke up.
Actually most people don't sound like they do to themselves. It has to do with reverberation. It's a bit like listening to a microphone with a voice altering attachment.
Your neighbours don't agree 😂
@@asoshkin I actually sing worse in my dreams, when I am singing on stage is like nobody can even hear me lmao
Legends never grow old!! Bruce is the living proof!
I was sad when Maiden got rid of Paul.
Until I heard Bruce.
First two albums are still the best 😉
That reminds me of a documentary about maiden. One of the guys featured in it, a journalist I think, heard a Maiden song on the radio and the was completely in awe when he heard Maiden with Dickinson for the first time. His reaction, "Bloody hell, they got better!"
Awesome!
Glad you liked it.
Bruce looks like he's been giving this class since Iron Maiden debuted
I did not know I needed singing lessons from Bruce Dickinson!
Up The Irons Forever!
Im so happy to see that he sings so damn well at his age ! Can't wait to see them again
I've heard a few of his contemporaries recently and their voices are shot. It's wonderful to hear that he has been able to maintain such power, precision and control for so long.
Bless him, multi talented and down to earth🙏🌟💯
I would listen and or watch Bruce do anything. I hope they try and tour again 🙏
Loved he used material from his solo years. Tears of the Dragon… great tune!
Oh man, this is incredible! This is the BEST song in rock/metal/whatever you want to call it.
Just one of the greatest.☺
That's just incredible!
The real School Rock, thanks Bruce 👏👏🤟🤟✌️🤘🤙 UP THE IRON!
Learning from the master himself ❤️
Like Bruce Lee teaching you self defence
Master class taught by the master!
Love those two songs.
Bruce is always amazing. 👍🤘
So great to see 2021 Bruce singing those songs again.
Wooow... what Voice! Master ... thank you. Precious
He is just amazing. What a voice!
His vocals have gotten better as he’s aged🤘🏻
They didn't. He can barely sing "Run To The Hills" chorus. Still very impressive that he can reach those notes at his age.
Lol, yeah, no
That's not true hahaha but he still has a beautiful tone
You obviously didn't see him live in 1982
no it is.
Still after all the struggle he has been through... He still owns the holy voice of Heavy Metal... Thanks for all the stories Bruce!
Pure singer
I caught two concerts from the PowerSlave tour back in 1984, before they left for Europe and when they returned to the US. As a 14 year old kid and fan I was in awe of his voice and had great seats both times, I remember never wanting those two nights to ever end.
Lucky you!
This gave me chills
Ahhhhh, the voice of my youth!! 🙌🏼
1000% Rock Star, love you Bruce!
Great Bruce!! Fan since 1993 in high School 🤘🤘🤘 great Channel.. grettings from a Venezuelan living in Ecuador 👏👏👏
What an absolute artist...
Holy crap. These songs are two of the loveliest vocal performances from his entire career. The Donnington show and the Sao Paola Scream for Me Brazil show. It’s cool that he still likes this song so much, though we don’t hear them.
Bruce is so good at singing!!!
I was front row at a maiden show a couple months ago and I don’t think I’ll ever see a better live band
As a Metal singer with Opera training (sing opera too), Bruce hits the nail on the head with this one
Is it harder to sing opera or Iron Maiden songs? I feel like Bruce has a lot more range than even Pavarotti and his songs require a lot more stamina.
@@TheGreatestVoice1958 Always remember, Bruce is an athlete. He has extra muscle where it counts, through his core. An opera singer needs power in the diaphragm ( the long muscle under the lungs) as well as strong lungs. Having muscle down through the ribs, stomach and pelvis is necessary too. Opera singers are POWERFUL! Floor of Nightwish can wack in a corral fence post with just a few wallops from a hammer!
frikkin awesome as usual for Bruce
What an amazing guy!
This is interesting stuff! Thanks for posting! : )
When I see him talking and singing here I felt weird cuz he and Iron Maiden is one of the most important part of my childhood and youthness. Time flies.. Sad but true.. Wait what?!
Excellent. Thank you !
You are welcome!
I was devastated when we lost Ronnie James Dio. I will be equally devastated if we lose Dickinson in my lifetime.
Not likely to happen. I wouldn't worry too much.
Wow amazing , bruce is the best singer my favorite
Bruce, Sarajevo loves you, Bosnia loves you.
So cool! Thanks for sharing :-)
Eterno bruce...hasta le sigue creciendo el pelo....🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👏👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏☠☠☠☠☠🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
awesome..Bruce fans since 1988
Absolutely a badass
Wow. Amazing 🤩
LOVE THIS!!!! 😻😻😻😻
I’m so. Thankful his voice remained the same. After seeing Axl rose, and seeing how he doesn’t even sound the same, comes to show the master mind of Bruce.
Un grande Bruce lo pude ver con Maiden en argentina 2019👏❤️
Damn....this is kick ass!!!
What a legend he is!!
He is my second favorite singer on earth and one of the amazing singers in history of music. Amazing vocals.
Who's first?
@@lucasdemarchigomes2935 must be Ronnie James Dio
@@MarshallLore agreed. it cant be anyone else but Dio and i cant even disagree
Bruce Dickinson is the greatest heavy metal vocalist of all time!!!!! He's the TRUE metal god!!!!!! 🤘🤘
bro... 1 word. Dio
@@floreaciprian9742 He's my second favorite. But Bruce is the best in my opinion.
@hohokoko hahakoko Actually Ian Gillan (Deep Purple) is Bruce's mentor. But Bruce and Dio are my two favorite singers as well. 😁👍
@hohokoko hahakoko Yeah. Ian is my 4th favorite singer. And I'm gonna see him this summer with Deep Purple! 😁
@hohokoko hahakoko Yeah. I'm so excited! I've wanted to see Deep Purple for years. And now I'll finally be able to see them. 😁
bruce is amazing
Wow!
This video is gold
This guy shaped history
That Man is Salt of the Earth.🤟🏻🖤🤙🏻X
Good idea 🤘🏼🎸🎼
Holy cow!
The people are learning from a metal legend. Nice.
Brilliant ,He still has the pipes
Wow! That’s why he still has the pipes.
Oh man this is great
What a legend! Nothing stops this man, even throat cancer.
He looks and sounds more and more like RJD everyday.
That would be a great title for an IRON MAIDEN album’Salt of the Earth.’.🤟🏻🖤🤙🏻X
got a good head of hair..looking good & still sounding all right for an ol geisa!
