Super helpful video as always! I did HR in the military for about 8 years. What your thoughts about going from the military to the civilian sector in HR? My goal is to obtain my SPHR certificate and get a job as HR Director by September of this year. Is this realistic in your opinion?
So happy you found it helpful. I would suggest starting in an entry-level role bc military HR and civilian HR are VERY different so definitely not an HR Director role this year (with or without the certification).
