samisamuri thx for the work on the track list !
Thanx Brother✊✌
Philly love.
When 611 was relevant South Street was jumping. Never going to be the same.
How about it? I went to my first party in 1994 in a completely vacant / empty Apartment on the second floor directly across the street from 611 on 4th Street. This is before "Flight", (Friday nights at Trocadero) Space Ect. I don't know if that was a weekly or a single event but that's where it began for me. 27 years ago.
@@mcdirtywork I remember that place! Went there in '99! Miss the 90s.!!
thank you so much for posting!

611 time to get FUNKY
By the way I always been a DNB guy until recently (1999-2005ish was my style of DNB.. loved the older stuff too.. HA! I'm talking early 2000s as if not old)
U dig deep.. wanna see how deep u can go. I had a tape by some guy called Section 8. Was back in mid-late 90s..
not the typical house from back then. More minimal house. Tape was clear purple.
Gerald Good III any idea where he was from?
time to get Funkaayyy
Does anyone know if the 611 catalogue is available online. Man, do I miss my tapes from the spring of '98.

I dunno about the best of Chicago..what about Danny the wild child? Wasn't he from Chicago or no?3d was great too..I saw his first show In la at nucleus it was raining outside and the DNB was one of the only places inside so every one was packed in there and it was fucking pumping!mc ? 3d then dieselman..we had a limo parked inside the event space not sure how we got it in..prob lied and said headliner was inside lol. Huffed a nos tank in the limo in the rain..until someone finally snapped out of it and was like holy shit!! Were breathing pure nos !! Open. The windows were gonna suffocate lol..everyone opened all the doors and jumped out of the car lol...good times the golden years ..so glad I got to be part of it 🙏🙏💯
