I just assembled mine. I work for a school district and had two at my last campus. My district got me a fogger from another company that needs an extension cord and the first time it was used started leaking from both sides of its hose. So I was pretty excited when my area manager dropped off your backpack. He noticed my enthusiasm and asked if I used one before I said yes and told him how the other machine leaked. So I took your backpack to my office and set it up and put on the extension wand. I watched two of your videos to get more info. I'm pretty sure my crew will be excited to use your backpack after hearing so much about it from me.
I’m having the same problem with this exact model. I hooked up the hoses and the electric thing as well and when I squeeze the trigger it leaks from the backpack hose and nothing comes out of the gun. Any ideas??
Hi Gabriel, wondering how you and your team made out with these units? I've heard there's issues with the 40 micron nozzle spraying out way too much product.
@@deepsoulfulsounds I've only used the same nozzle, haven't tried the other ones. The only issue we had was a battery recall. Mine worked fine but my district had us turn in all the batteries for new ones.
@@Malo-Hombre71 Glad you had a good experience. The new Emist EX-7000 units look really great at a bit of higher price point. Very lightweight and super efficient. I've been using Sanique S-1 MK1 sprayers. They're extremely efficient but a bit heavy to throw around and the spray doesn't extend beyond 2-3 feet.
I work for a Jo fast transportation here on Eastern Parkway and in Brooklyn New York and I having using the sprayer gun for like 2 months the backpack and it is quite a tool and its some very efficient and has three settings on it the clearest mist is what I find that works the best you don't want to saturate the bus the seats will get sticky and so therefore the kids will be sticking on it extra residual you don't need so my suggestion is to do 2 or 2 or 1 on the setting if you do to your going to run through your liquid a lot faster but then like when I use to then I go faster so sometimes you know just to kind of keep up my pace and be able to carry backpack all over I do that just to keep myself a Vigilant while working.
I had the exact same issue. I learned that you have to push the hose in flush to the unit. It may take a little bit of strength. It should not be loose. This corrected the problem for me 100%. I hope this works for you.
The guy we had come in for us wore ppe and a full respirator. I was following him and opening doors with nothing on. so now here I am looking into the chemicals. I was sick after my shift that day threw up the soup of the day had to rush out of the dollar store. 😞 After that It was similar to excessive bleach exposure symptoms. Nausea weakness etc. I was fine after a nap for a couple hours. Lucky I had the time. Maybe I’ll be more careful next time. Lol 🤷♂️
We just bought one of these for our office direct from Victory. The hose leaks from the connection of the backpack. I emailed Victory but wondering if anyone has any idea what might be wrong?
This is a very common defect. I work at a planet fitness and we ordered one that had the defect, they sent a replacement and even the replacement had a defect
I had leaks coming from the trigger handle and had a minor electric shock from the metal strip of the trigger. I am temporarily using the Clorox sprayer until I get a better replacement.

Why on earth would you want to soak the very contents your trying to help. Electrostatic sprayers will be closely regulated by the epa after this pandemic. All chemical to disinfect is used with the intent the surface stays wet. It's no different than a wipe in that aspect, just faster. We've been using these for a long time before the pandemic. no issues.
@Sean Carter You need to lookup exactly what "Electrostatic" is / means. There is no such thing as an Electrostatic Power Washer. Lol And not all paint sprayers/ airless sprayers are electrostatic. Do a little research before you comment and mislead others.... (ironic)
Martín L I have done my homework, in this time of global panic and the need for a solution, no one should be quick to judge. However electrostatic truly means “Nothing”, you are giving the public a instrument that can incubus a desk with I high concentration of unknown liquid. It is not brand specific. Your giving some one the ability to perhaps put I concentration of plant based acid into a delivery system, that will leave a harmful residue. As for my knowledge, I must be doing something right as my suggestions for biological decontamination is followed by an entire industries.
