  • At Holistic Healthcare Centre we provide gentle chiropractic care for the entire family including children, babies, pregnant women, and the elderly. Dr. Rogini Thirukkumaran uses a chiropractic adjusting technique called Koren Specific Technique, or KST. With this technique there are no manual adjustments (ideal for patients who have fear towards manual adjustments or patients with osteoporosis) . Most chiropractic adjustments will be done with the patient standing up which is extremely helpful for patients with severe pain. With KST Dr. Rogini will address any emotional, physical and chemical imbalances that are contributing to the present complaint. She uses an instrument called the Arthrostim to correct and remove nerve pressure. This instrument introduces a specific adjustment to the body which is very gentle and non-invasive. KST is very gentle, but very powerful.
Here are some of most common reasons why patients visit Dr. Rogini: Headaches, TMJ dysfunction, head, neck pain, shoulder, arm pain, numbness & tingling, sinus trouble, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, asthma, indigestion, ADHD, autism, colic, bed-wetting, menstrual difficulties, pregnancy-related pain, whiplash, muscle pain, back pain, sciatic pain, hip pain, knee pain, ankle pain, foot pain, ear infections, growing pains, stress, anxiety, infertility and so much more.

same. oh I love indulging in this bullshit. When they keep talking trying to justify their finely-tuned "adjustments" with a converted electric wisk, I be like "yeah sure whatever I believe you, less talky more shooty-in-the-back with toy please" 😂😂

KST is actually quite cool. I've tried traditional chiropractics and in some ways, it made things better and in some ways, worse. I have scoliosis and fibromylagia, as well as an old shoulder injury. My shoulder flared again recently and I never wanted try to chiropractics again, but a good friend recommended KST. I've had 2 adjustments and it's been he only thing to help in 3 years. I'd tried PT, acupuncture, saw an orthopedic surgeon, etc. After 2 adjustments, my right shoulder was no longer visibly higher than the left. My arm and hand numbness is gone, as is the tenderness I had over my vertebrae for 3 years. Just so everyone knows, they don't diagnose with the hand movements--they do take x-rays and my chiro also has a computer measurement system to measure alignment of the bones. I know it might not work for everyone but if you google, you'll see it really does work for some.

Even others can see the difference--my shoulders are even vs blatantly uneven. I can do my job again without my arm and hand being numb and in pain within an hour.
