Technically, even chicken eggs do not require any 'killing'. Most eggs are unfertilized and laid through natural egg release cycles - similar to the case about milk consumption not requiring killing of an animal. Great video as usual 👍

Hi, you have mentioned that heating denatured whey protein. So, while pasteurisation the whey protein gets denatured? Also, should we boil pasteurised milk at home before consumption? If yes, what will be the boiling effect on proteins?

Denaturing is not a bad thing. it is just step 1 in digestion. Pasteurized milk does not need to be boiled from a safety standpoint

Hello Krish, i really appreciate your work and dedication towards bursting food myths and simplifying seemingly complex nature of Human-food interactions and the food industry in general. I research quite a bit on food myself, whats good whats not and when does it really start to matter. I dont watch all of your videos but i like the persistence with which you’re hellbent on breaking nonsense myths plaguing our society by slowly bursting stupid myths about each topic. Most of them have simple basis like insane fear-mongering without knowing the normal dosage or that people have been consuming much worse stuff in their daily life compared to some particular hot items they particularly fear for no reason without any adverse impacts at all.
Subbed and I will go and like all of your videos even though i may not watch them all rn. Will consider paying as a member to support you further as well when i am able to.
