शराब घोटाले से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की जमानत याचिका पर दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने आज CBI को नोटिस जारी किया और जवाब मांगा...हाईकोर्ट इस मामले पर अगली सुनवाई 17 जुलाई को करेगा..इससे पहले सीबीआई को जवाब दाखिल करना होगा...केजरीवाल इस समय दिल्ली की तिहाड़ जेल में बंद हैं...जस्टिस नीना बंसल कृष्णा की बेंच ने केजरीवाल की जमानत याचिका पर सुनवाई की...बेंच ने सुनवाई की अगली तारीख उसी दिन के लिए तय की है, जिस दिन गिरफ्तारी को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर भी सुनवाई है...सुनवाई के दौरान हाई कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल के वकीलों से कहा कि जब आपके पास ऑप्शन था तब हाई कोर्ट का रुख क्यों किया...आपने ट्रायल कोर्ट में जमानत याचिका क्यों नहीं डाली...वहीं, सीबीआई की तरफ से वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता डीपी सिंह ने पक्ष रखा...सिंह ने बेंच से कहा कि जमानत याचिका ट्रायल कोर्ट में दाखिल की जानी चाहिए क्योंकि वो विकल्प उपलब्ध है...इसके बावजूद हाईकोर्ट में ही दायर की गई...जबकि यहां पहले ही गिरफ्तारी को चुनौती दी जा चुकी है...जवाब में सिंघवी ने कहा कि केजरीवाल को ED मामले में ट्रायल कोर्ट से जमानत मिलने के बाद CBI ने गिरफ्तार किया...वकीलों के तर्कों पर गौर करने के बाद बेंच ने केजरीवाल की जमानत याचिका पर सीबीआई को नोटिस जारी किया और गिरफ्तारी को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर होने वाली 17 जुलाई के दिन ही इस अर्जी पर अगली सुनवाई की तारीख तय की...
