Jessie trained in singing learning to minimise or maximise her voice depending on the microphone's volume. While Jennifer was trained singing in church and in Broadway... You need power for your voice to hear (on Broadway). And these clips doesn't show that she's performing in Broadway that's why you think she's screaming but she's not. And as an addition, her tone is different from Jessie's. Jennifer has a thick and Gospel influenced voice while Jessie has Pop voice.
this video is all about preference and whether u like a bigger soprano who can hold notes for a long period of time or theatrical(spinto or dramatic) or a lyric mezzo soprano voice with some vocal acrobats. listening to them jennifer has more ease in the upper register because of where her tessitura lies and it pretty high and she is definition of a spinto soprano her voice shows all the attibutes of that fach. As for Jessie J she is more of a lyric mezzo coloratura to me because of the acrobats of her voice and its shines better in thr middle register while jenniget voice shines better in the upper register
Record labels decide what music artists can put out. JHud hasn't actually put out a lot of music. She makes most of her money from doing movies and stuff.
