😂 Authority don't obey the court order, petitioner filled contempt petition, court punished the authority with fine and imprisonment , authority pay fine and took bail. Now authority kept silent but till no action from authority to obey the court order. My question how long it will take to obey the court order? Year after year.

Bahut superficial hai yeh jaankaari...each contempt mein kaun se section mein kahan complain karni hoti hai..woh toh kuch bataya nahi..yeh adhoori knowledge is useless

Agar govt contempt of court karta hai.toh kya punishment hai india me.
Ya fir ye sirf kamjor logo ke liye hai.
Govt officials can be suspended as well as penalised with fine in case of contempt of court .
