And people drag them to the Courts. Funny thing, court also don't punish them for the harrasment to the public. Ultimately, entire court case fee is paid through the treasury.

Every Urban Local Body as in Municipal Corporation or a council or a NGP, they are mandated to produce Annual Accounts and Audit Reports to the governing body by the Municipal Act itself. So the Hon'ble court and Learned Council may ask for those reports to submit.
That a case is actually given time?. The real reason is there are very few judges and lawyers according to the population of India. In the west there are alot more. The procedure is not the problem

This is one of the reasons why there are so many cases pending in the court.
That a case is actually given time?. The real reason is there are very few judges and lawyers according to the population of India. In the west there are alot more.

@@_A.t.g one of the reasons as I mentioned, delay in judicial appointments is another valid argument wrt NJAC and all. But this video clearly shows how unprepared and unwilling the people are to solve any case. Since they have money they will drag it to SC to make it even longer.

Well i would like to say I'm also an upsc aspirant and the only reason I take UPSC exam is to gain IQ over service and importantly what media shows about ias \ips is only about fame\power but in front of high court\supreme Court when the judge slams these ias\ips officers the true colour\personality of ias\ips officer gets revealed
