@@krushil20 All buerocrats and politicians works only for corruption and illegal things. Otherwise, none is interested anything at least as per the SOP or laid down procedures. Maximum even does not know their primary work at workplace. What ever senior babus are guiding or misguiding , they just follow it without referring the rules and regulations. And people drag them to the Courts. Funny thing, court also don't punish them for the harrasment to the public. Ultimately, entire court case fee is paid through the treasury.

Respected Justice Rohit Arya sir, the way you condemning they should resign from their post or terminated. They are not competent at all. They always try to make the high court as football play ground. we, general public can not tolerate it. Our judiciary is our pride. Nobody in India who can maline & disobey the court direction.

Builder hamsabko koi document nahi dikharahe hai.yahatak ki final agreement bhi nahi batarahe .ek agreement emailkiya kiya aur usmein kisi ki raay liye bagair wo hi final hai aur ham sabko sign karne o keherahe hain.hamne kaha jo final agreement appne emai kiya hai agar wo final hai to usparbhi date year society stamp register kiya stamp aisahi hame ek copy dedo .wo bhi nahi dete. Iska matlab direct jo Committee aur developer ne agreement banaya hoga wahi sign karne ko force kar rahe hai.sabse majeki baat ye hai ki 26 may ko ham sabne majority ne developer ko reject kiya jo minutes mein mention hai jiski complaint register ko ki hai phir bhi unofficial meeting karke khule aam sabko online redevelopment ke liye sab Committee members ko sign karne ko force kar rahe hain. Ek hi membe highcourt jane ki daring kar raha hai isiliye kaha aise judge mile to unko aur hamsabko nyay mile. Maine iska jikar mahasewa jo redevelopment ke vishay mein bahut bolte hai unki koi pratikriya nahi aayi all are managed.

This is one of the reasons why there are so many cases pending in the court.
That a case is actually given time?. The real reason is there are very few judges and lawyers according to the population of India. In the west there are alot more.

Every Urban Local Body as in Municipal Corporation or a council or a NGP, they are mandated to produce Annual Accounts and Audit Reports to the governing body by the Municipal Act itself. So the Hon'ble court and Learned Council may ask for those reports to submit.
