Great video! The tests revealed my range of motion was much better going left than right. This makes sense as a right handed player. Performing the exercises helped a lot!
Impressive! My back is stiff from last night's match. These simple drills improved my range of motion and reduced my pain levels at those range. Amazing!
No improvement, unfortunately. I get pain at the very base of the right side of my back immediately next to the spine, where the erector spinae attaches to the pelvis. Serving causes it, when I play after laying off for a while, or when I practice serving too much in one day. Usually it goes away, but this time it's not. Maybe because I've reached my 60's and things don't recover as quickly.
If things don’t change from this test, it doesn’t meant you can’t get rid of the pain. There are lots of different areas of the brain involved and lots of pathways. So sometimes you have to test more options. I recommend registering for the back pain web-class in the description. It goes into more detail and shows you how to test other things.
I played 2 hours of singles yesterday, woke up this morning and my right lower back was stiff as a board with pain and limited range of motion when rotating to the right only. After activating the vestibular system I was astonished to find my range of motion increased probably 20% to match that of my range of motion to the left! Thank you for sharing this technique 👍🏻
Hi, I have a Question: When serving, before lowering the racket from above my head to my back in order to get speed, I kind of "tuck" my shoulder blades into my back which causes horrible friction and pain. Any Ideas or tips?
It’s a hard think to make recommendations on without knowing more or doing any assessments to see whats happening. If you want help, I have a program, but i would start by watching the back pain webinar.

Great to hear. Sounds like you would really enjoy my Program :-)
after doing this my ROM was improved, very shocking thank you!!
Great to hear. Suggests you would benefit from a little vestibular training :-)

You are welcome. Glad you put it to the test. Now that you’ve found a drill that works, the best plan is to do it a few times throughout the day.
How did you get on with the drills? Did you get an increased range of motion?
So cool
Did you try the drills?
@@TennisHacker yes I did nd I feeling so better
