If you are among the believers and rise (in the state of war) to lead the Prayer for them,134 let a party of them stand with you to worship, keeping their arms.135 When they have performed their prostration, let them go behind you, and let another party who have not prayed, pray with you, remaining on guard and keeping their arms..."

    There are two meanings of "sujud" in the Quran;
    -One is "to OBEY", as you mentioned;
    eg
    Q22:18
Do you not see that Allah is He, Whom obeys whoever (يَسْجُدُ لَهُ مَن) is in the heavens and whoever is in the earth,...
-The other is to physically PROSTRATE, e.g
    Q41:37
And among His signs are the night and the day and the sun and the moon; do not prostrate (لَا تَسۡجُدُواْ) to the sun nor to the moon (وَلَا لِلۡقَمَرِ); and prostrate to Allah Who created them,...
While one can envisage a physical prostration to the sun and moon, there is no logical meaning to "obeying" them.
    Q27:24
I found her and her people prostrating (يَسۡجُدُونَ) to the sun (لِلشَّمۡسِ) instead of Allah, ....
Again, it has to be prostrating here, since it is quite meaningless to "obey" the sun.
Seems to me as the Quran text go, while one obeys Allah, one is also required to prostrate to Him.
People who does physical sujud also do the sciences, tech, sports, etc. The world has changed in part due to the people who do sujud too, for they do sujud for a total of only half an hour a day, while for the rest of the day they work for betterment ("to obey") like everyone else.

    • @Shahiau
      @Shahiau Год назад +2

No You can obey the sun and the moon if you follow man made religions based on worshipping the sun and the moon which is done through symbolic words like jesus, amen, ameen, crescent moon symbolism, false prayer times according to the sun.

Their mark is on their faces (فِي وُجُوهِهِم) from (مِّنۡ) the trace (أَثَرِ) of prostration (ٱلسُّجُودِۚ)... "
      Part of Q48:29
One can only "see" a physical object/action (ruku' or sujud)... one can "see" traces or marks on a face or a physical surface, if there are any. One cannot "see" matters of the heart or mind

Thanks for your detailed presentation. There is something missing in your explanation.
You mentioned everything/everyone does Sajda to Allah.
    1. Then why Maryam or anyone have to do Sajda willingly , are you suggesting there are multiple kinds of Sajda?
    2. If there is only one kind of Sajda, then it has to be done only willingly. That means everyone/everything are not part of heaven and the earth. May be only good people are between heaven and the earth. Possibly heaven and earth are not physical.
    3. Why in 3:43 Sajda come before Ruku and 22:77 it comes after. There has to be a reason for that
    4. in 17:107 it says even non believer when recited to then , then they do Sajda. If Sajda means an action to make a change, why would a non-believer make a change without believing?

Brother, Can you let us know how Prophet use to pray every day? did he pray 3 times, 5 times? how he prayed physically? how he led the prayer with Sahabas?... As far as my understanding from Quran:
An-Nur 24:58: On 3 occasions before the dawn, at noon when change clothes and after evening prayer:- We can take that these are Fazar, Duhur and Isha prayer.
Israr 17:78: Perform prayer at the decline of the sun, until the darkness of the night and Quran at dawn :- We take as this is for Magrib prayer..
Baqara 2: 238: Guard your prayers and the middle prayer and stand before Allah in devotion:- We take as this for Asr Prayer
As per Quran if we pray/connection to the Allah in those set times Allah mentioned and if we read verses from Quran and do the Sajda.. Is that Allah will be angry on us for Sajda and they way we prayed physically? Yes, you can argue that how many Rakat we will pray during the each prayer time? As we understand from centuries that Prophet has let to prayer with Shahabs only those Farz prayers and rest he prayed silently in his own. So, regardless of your kind of explanation of the Quranic word which is Arabic and nor you are an Arabican nor Arabic is your language nor you did PHD on Arabic language to get all these specific meaning of the words from Quaran other than what we have in today's translation.
Hope Allah will guide you to the righteous and not advocate people not to do physical pray as we do today.. Btw, do you know the physical pray's scientific benefits to your health and brain apart from praying for Allah? if not please search in Google.. Thanks..

  • @Samreensoomroo

The first verse (101): وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَىٰ تِسْعَ آيَاتٍ mentions the bestowal of nine clear signs on Sayyidna Musa (علیہ السلام) . The word: آیَہ ('ayah) carries the meaning of miracle or sign as well as that of the آیَت : ayat or verses of the Qur'an, that is, the divine injunctions. At this place, the probability of both meanings exists. Therefore, a number of commentators have taken the word 'ayat' to mean miracles - and the number nine does not make it necessary that they will not be more than nine - but, at this place, the figure 'nine' has been mentioned on the basis of some particular importance it has. Sayyidna ` Abdullah ibn ` Abbas ؓ has enumerated these miracles as follows:
    1. The staff of Sayyidna Musa (علیہ السلام) which turned into a huge snake.
    2. The hand that emitted light when placed under and taken out of the armpit.
    3. The removal of stammering from his tongue.
    4. The splitting of the water barrier in two sections to give safe passage to the Bani Isra'il to cross it.
    5. The sending of the punishment through locusts in unusual circumstances.
    6. The sending of the storm.
    7. The clothes on their bodies were infested with countless lice they had no escape from.
    8. The punishment of frogs was released on them when frogs would appear in everything they ate or drank.
    9. The punishment of blood was sent that filled every utensil and mingled with whatever they ate or drank.
And a Sahih Hadith tells us that the word 'ayat' used here means divine injunctions. This Hadith has been reported in Abu Dawud, an-Nasa'i, Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah on the authority of Sayyidna Safwan ibn al-` Aththal. He says that a Jew asked one of his friends to take him to 'that' prophet. The friend said, 'do not call him a prophet. If he finds out that we too call him a prophet, he will have four eyes on him (that is, he will have an opportunity to wallow in his pride and glee).' Then they came to the Holy Prophet ﷺ and asked him as to what were the nine clear signs given to Sayyidna Musa (علیہ السلام) . He said:
    1. Do not ascribe any partners to Allah.
    2. Do not steal.
    3. Do not fornicate.
    4. Do not unjustly take the life of the one whose killing has been forbidden by Allah.
    5. Do not falsely impute anyone innocent with charges liable to the sentence of death or any other punishment.
    6. Do not practice magic.
    7. Do not devour interest.
    8. Do not level a false accusation of fornication on a chaste woman.
    9. Do not desert the battlefield in Jihad for fear of being killed.
And he also said, '0 Jews, it has also been specially enjoined on you that you shall not contravene the particular injunctions of the observance of the day of Sabbath (Saturday) given to you.'
Hearing what the Holy Prophet ﷺ said, they both kissed his hands and feet and declared, 'We bear witness that you are the prophet of Allah.' He said, 'What is it, then, that stops you from following me?' They said that Sayyidna Dawud (علیہ السلام) had prayed to his Lord for prophets to always keep appearing from among his progeny - 'and we are scared that the Jews will kill us if we started following you.'
Since this explanation of the verse stands proved on the authority of Sahih Hadith, therefore, this is what many commentators have preferred to go by.

But the Sunnis, Shiites and all the Sectarians have been taught by their "revered religious holy men" to read the Quran back to God!
No wonder they go down on all fours with their foreheads firmly pressed to the ground, all the while muttering some man-invented Arabic words pieced together, like pagans worshipping their stone idols.
Poor lost misguided souls self-believing that they are the guided ones!
    salam.

Why not just do what God tells us to do, by not twisting the meaning of each word. However if its necessary to change, why dont we do it so long not to distruct the idea. Just like enter the gate humble. How will u picture out people entering the gate prostrating. This time we have to use our intelligence. By just submitting to Allah.

The translation you have is wrong. Your understanding of Arabic is limited and it's giving wrong meanings.
The article من specifies who is doing the verb يسجد which obviously excludes your guitar. This is a basic Arabic concept.

@@AlMosesPhD No, we are questioning * your * ability to understand Qur'anic Arabic. In your video you claim "everything" يسجد based on ما. I corrected you and pointed to the part of the verse where it limits the subject of the verb and reduces it with the article من. At this point you need to agree you did make a mistake before we can move to anything else.

      Good point.
-Alcohol isn't haram. No where in the Quran does Allah says it is. The word khamar doesn't mean alcohol but 'cover'. In Persian however, Khamar or Khamuri means Alcohol not Arabic.
-Salat isn't a ritual prayer. It means adherence and/or connection. According to the Quran birds do Salat as well and "establish prayer"
      doesn't mean anything.
-Hajj isn't pilgrimage. That Black Building in Mecca wasn't built by Abraham. The people of Mecca where Ummiyeen before Muhammad which means they haven't received a messege or a prophet according to the Quran.
-Muhammad? The fictional Muhammad of the Hadith was not a prophet. He was a very horrible person. If you read Dr.kashif khan's article, "Muhammad" is an adjective not a name. It means 'praiseworthy'. The real Arabian prophet could've been named Muhammad but its not clear what his actual name was.
-As for Allah, yes he is God.

I think you are most likely Jewish, fear of Islam rising , yet muslim believe in Torah, Bible & Quran, we fear only Allah Swt. You fear who? We all die to stand before one God. Practice your own faith, learn as a student , studying Quran you forget your faith& who God really is, your mission to divide and conquer is failed before starting , Truth always wins . Devious ,devil, play has consequences ,you will come to know , it’s only time .
