In a few words (because I have to go into the office), I love your videos, I love how you present God and the Quran as universal for mankind rather than as a cultural inheritance. I find myself everyday trying to think how I can serve my community because of your videos, thank you.
Love your videos brother
Salamun Alaikum
Alhamdulillah this is what needs to be taught to everyone. Masjid isn't just place of prayer, it's place of community. Nobody can stop you from coming to the masjid.
No good comes by building a place for 'worship' that by definition excludes others
So u agree that a masjid is a place of worship and namaz too
@@AlMosesPhDNo body stopped anyone to come to Masjid. Worship as worshipped by the Prophet who demonstrate Quran through his action.

We should all be open minded, follow the evidence, and not be stuck in our ways.

who is Allah who is llahi who is Rob .. Rob does not create religion but Rob leave Teachings to every nabi which should be followed .. one who follows the teaching is called a mukmin a person who follow Robs teaching through firman , a mukmin does not worship God but commumicate to his creator trough solat , while religion practise worshiping in every religion including religion of lslam .. there are some form of ldol to be worship .. such as Allat, Shiva , cross , Jesus , and so on .. Allah for example does not but to be seen ( temple and so on) while llahi that is our Rob exist but could not be seen .. hope lm right

You can call your self anything but per Quran, if you believe in it and and if you implement all the do’s and dont’s in your daily life

Please note this Quran is not for Muslim people, its for all the humankind/mankind
Those who abide by Allah laws will be successful and this Dunya and HearAfter
Masjid is live form of Quran. we should restore the Mosque at same sprit as it was in the physical presence of Prophet(pbuh) of Allah(sw).
A well researched presentation by a proven intellectual.
Yes, ruku & sijda does not mean only Physical bowing and prostration. I totally agree with you that the original meaning of ruku and sijda is submission to Allah. So, Physical bowing and prostration is not for everyone else. Mental and physical Ruku and Sijda are only for humans. Because Allah knows very well that there are some people who refuse to bow and prostrate both mentally and physically because of pride. So, we should follow the teaching of Allah & His Prophet also.

It's talking about the ppl around the messenger, he is physically with them to see what they do

SubhanAllah, I truly appreciate these reflections. We have a very similar way of thinking it seems. Perhaps it's the background in philosophy. I only wonder how we can expand this approach to Quran study. There are so many intersecting concepts. Do you manage any online communities for discussion by any chance? I also wonder if you've come across the work/reflections of Siraj Islam (Lamp of Islam)? He did a bunch of tadabbur related to the Quranic concept of the Salat I think you may also appreciate.
No online communities for me brother. It takes up way too much time.
I don't know the brother you mentioned.
I would love anybody's opinion on the matter of 17:1. Masjid Al Haram towards Masjid al Aqsa. These are non physical terms, indeed. The way the verse reads, it's like saying Allah took "asra" his servants from the darkness/veil/ "laylan" min/of MAH ila MAA which is blessed, strengthened, full of Allah's Ayat, etc.
Are these terms opposing contextually speaking? Like, Masjid Al Haram here seems to be talking about something negative, like the evil Masjid i.e shirk, and Masjid Al Aqsa something far/ancient/distant from that. Which would be the ancient way of life 'deen il lah'.
If anyone could assist in our understanding of this verse, that would be greatly appreciated.
Sir fir ek curious mind ke saath apke paas aya hu....Sir mu'min aur mu'minun and muslim and muslimin and muslimun pe clear cut definition dijie

Thank you for your thought-provoking content. As a student myself, I am curious if you have ever read the works of Ahmed Hulusi? If so, then what is your understanding of him. I find him to be above my intellectual pay grade.
Sorry, I've never heard of him.
Did Rasul mohammed pray (sawl) pray like we pray? If yes so what do you talking about
My only query would be concerning the word Shatra and how you are translating it 'towards' which is directional. I would invert it and rather say Shatra MAH means cut through/ crack/ bisect/halve the forbidden 'place of submission' which Quranically is like Bayt il Haram, forbidden system/government/structure.
Allah is saying in my opinion to shatter this concept of idolatry (masjid Al Haram - submission to what is forbidden i.e idolatry, etc) wherever you go, shatraHU.
Masjid Al Haram and Masjid Al Aqsa are opposites in 17:1 which shows you the transition from the forbidden place of compliance to the ancient/original one Q-S-S like retracing ancient footsteps. Allah is recalibrating our focus back to fitrah logic and natural religion
Hello sir if I were to discuss with an ordinary Muslim about mosques based on what u say and use quran how will I be able to convince him considering your translation is different

Salam, if you speak Urdu/Hindi, we've done a talk on how to get started with the Quran
Dear brother Moses as Salamu alaikum, is there any information regarding Ramadan and fasting?
SA, no I've not covered it
The revelation that was revealed to Prophet Muhammad was revealed in a time period that would contradict the principles of the Quran, in which his people became famous in extremism and rage 2:196,4:92,5:89,5:95,58:4 is atonement for the acceptance of his repentance as a result of witnessing the stated sins. Siamese is a stance against any being and conjecture, empty and unstable words. and it is the sum of the generally accepted behaviors suitable for the job. Siamese is a process to correct and question our situation and actions by absorbing the revelation. undergoes training.
The fact that the word Ramadan is mentioned once in the Quran and contrary to what is known, is not mentioned in the Quran and does not attract attention with the hand jewelry, in itself refutes the thesis of the majority. People who witnessed the month of Ramadan, their sins and how many days they will do Siam are stated within the framework of the verses “eyyamen ma'dudat” It is a fact that this is the intention.
Siamese is to avoid vain jobs and to get education. I'm translating to English, sorry if I'm expressing what I wrote in a wrong way

I am a little confused on proposition 2: "Al-Masjid Al-Haram is the masjid where Allah's outlawed things are kept haram." Wouldn't that then be all masjid's? And wouldn't that be literally everywhere?
I believe masjid is a place where things are haram and a place could be an area or a country where God s forbidden things are practice
Try watching the 'masjid zirrar' ayah again.
Masjid is any place for action--good or bad.
But Al-Masjid Al-Haram is a specific instance of a masjid
@@AlMosesPhD I understand that. Al-Masjid Al-Haram is a subset of Masjid. But if outlawed things are to be kept haram in the subset, does it not then imply it is okay to not outlaw these in the superset? Common sense would tell me haram things should be outlawed in both the superset and subset hence rendering this argument null.
What am I getting wrong?
@@jawadshuaib yes, there can be another instance of a masjid where bad things happen. Masjid zirar as in the ayah.
Superset contains both good and bad instances
@@AlMosesPhD okay understood. Is the "Al-Masjid Al-Haram" one place or many places? The definite noun would imply it is meant to be singular.

There is no prayer in the Quran. The Muhammad of the Hadith is a fictional character. Salat is connection. Even birds to salat according the Quran. You think they have to go through ritualistic steps to perform it?
@@JoesphTalin Agree Salat in Arabic means establish connection with God. however, in Quran God said in many verses that "Pray regularly (Salat), Give to charity (Zakat) and do good deeds.. So, all the prophet from Abrahm, Moses, Jesus, Muhammad all followed the same instruction from God on prayer. In Quran God said "I asked Abraham and his son Ishmail to rebuilt my house where people will circle around, will stand, Keel and Prostate (this called today's salat which Muslim overserved around the world in every time they stand for pray). In Quran:
Al-Haj 22:26 We showed Ibraham the location of the House: “Do not associate anything with Me; and purify My House for those who circle around, and those who stand to pray, and those who kneel and prostrate.”
29:45 Recite what is revealed to you of the Scripture, and perform the prayer. The prayer prevents indecencies and evils. And the remembrance of Allah is greater. And Allah knows what you do.
2:43 And attend to your prayers, and practice regular charity, and kneel with those who kneel. 22;22 O you who believe! Kneel, and prostrate, and worship your Lord, and do good deeds, so that you may succeed.
@@rehman_mr Nope. Allah said to establish "prayer". You don't establish prayer. You perform it i.e. they mistranslated Salat as prayer. Again, in the Quran, even birds do salat. Salat is basically just following the Quran which is the best way to establish connection.
If you are doing the "ritual salat", you are actually doing 5 duhs of zoroastrianism compared with Hindu body movements..
@@JoesphTalin Brother, Following the verses that supports how to pray: Stand for prayer, read verses from Quran, Kneel, Prostate. Also In Quran Allah said pray in specific times (not as you wish). That 100% supports that there is a physical form of prayer to perform by each Muslim (submitter) every day:
29:45 Recite what is revealed to you of the Scripture, and perform the prayer. The prayer prevents indecencies and evils. And the remembrance of Allah is greater. And Allah knows what you do. 35:29 Those who recite the Book of Allah, and perform the prayer, and spend of what we have provided for them, secretly and publicly, expect a trade that will not fail.
22;22 O you who believe! Kneel, and prostrate, and worship your Lord, and do good deeds, so that you may succeed.
4:103 When you have completed the prayer, remember Allah, standing, or sitting, or on your sides. And when you feel secure, perform the prayer. The prayer is obligatory for believers at specific times.
(Salat/Prayer time mentioned in: Al-Hud 11:114: Perform the prayer at the two ends of the day and during the approaches of the night. The good deeds take away the bad deeds. This is a reminder for those who remember (3 times)
Israr 17:77 Perform the prayer at the decline of the sun, until the darkness of the night; and the Quran at dawn. The Quran at dawn is witnessed: (2 middle during day, at the decline of sun)
Why don't disclose this truth before so called muslim of other countries people and non muslim those are having common sense and establish and implement parallel pratical islam as model and for that welfare centre act as masjid from where all activities can perform via central place

Salam brother,
God bless you for a great video again.
I have an important question. My question is:
How does the Qur'an solve the problem of sexual urges and lust? especially among young people.
How can a young person or any person abstain from comitting fornication (sex outside of marriage)? And is masturbation haram according to the Quran? And if yes, then why is masturbation haram?
And what is the alternative if a young person who may have strong sexual urges but cannot get married for the moment. What is the God's solution for this in the Qur'an?
A lot of quran-alone muslims claim that God has permitted sexual intercourse outside of marriage (or in a temporary-marriage) in Surah 4:24. And also some of them claim that masturbation is not against the Quran. And some of them even claim that the Quran ordains free sex etc.
I come from an arabic-speaking family, and I also speak/understand arabic myself. But this subject I can't really understand, and even arabic speaking quran-aloners have different interpretations of this subject in the Quran.
A lot of people say "just be patient" regarding sexual urges, but that's easier said than done. And young people with strong sexual urges don't find any help in this advice about patience.
Forgive for my long message.
Thank you in advance
Best regards
Your brother from Denmark
Salamun alaikum
You ask very important questions. Some of them I’ve already gone through in my Urdu series on ‘Women in the Quran’ where I’ve presented my understanding that there is no ‘gender’ nor talk of any ‘sexual contact’ in the Quran-for example, Nikah is a formal contract between parties instead of a way to ‘legalize sex’ between a man and a woman/4 women.
4:24, I’ve talked about in my English video on ‘No slavery in the Quran’.
Re other questions, I do not recall an ayah that makes masturbation haram. If Allah didn’t forbid something, then no bashar can make it haram. I will cover the topic of ‘zina’ in the Urdu series but may do it in English as well.
My advise to you is to keep reading the Quran with an open mind. Being an Arab, you have an advantage, but also a disadvantage: you can learn quicker, but you also have to ‘unlearn’ the bashar made islam that is against the Islam of the Quran.
@@AlMosesPhD

But would you say that sex outside of marriage is wrong and/or forbidden?
I can't believe that God would permit free sex with anyone (and even with multiple partners) without commitment like a marriage.
And if you believe free sex is wrong, then what is the solution for single people who have strong sexual desires? Do you think that masturbation is the solution for them until they find a marriage partner? Or is there a better solution?
I would appreciate if you would reply with both a comment and some videos (in english). But I understand that you maybe don't have time to make all videos in English.
@ZonaldoCR7 sorry but I'd like to cover these questions properly and not rush.
Eventually I'll talk about this issue
@@AlMosesPhD I will wait brother. I really hope that you will make videos that cover all my questions. (In English of course)
I truly appreciate your efforts. Thank you very much

You are showing the word namaz to condemn the salah on mis guidance to change the Allah,s Deen in many topics why.
Here's a though my brother: start the series from the beginning and using the Quran, present a case
@@AlMosesPhD u knows quran better than ALLAH ??
I feel a place of worship is important it's a place that's devoted to Allah alone. Where we glorify allah pray to him etc we may recite the Quran or read it with translation if you need it. A place where we take time out soley for the purpose to be in communion with Allah. This cant be ignored people need a place of worship but we dont need to do ritual prayer I say it's their choice how they reach out to allah if I dont agree with it. A place where anyone can come and pray to the creator. I am not discounting what you said. As matter of fact I was surprised to learn much that I didnt know before. But like I said we need a time a place that we can sit with Allah away from the hustle and bustle of life to focus on the most important thing. Life isnt just about suceeding in this world.. helping other etc the heart and soul yearns for nearness to its creator. Why shouldn't we create a place for time to be spent doing this.
Overall, I don't disagree with you.
We all connect with the divine in different ways. NO harm in carving out a building to do so in a ritualistic / specific way.
It just won't be a Quranic 'masjid', nor is it fair to one interpretation and reject all others
@@AlMosesPhD thank you

What was wrong from the Quranic perspective?
Purify from SHIRK nothing else. I agree with you that Masid is not for Namaz rectual prayers. You are adding your thoughts in Khuda's Message: (لَا تَقُمْ فٖيهِ اَبَدًا) Never stand in it. This is Khuda's Message. But you are saying "do not a part of that Masjid ever - do not have any association with such Masjid".
