I don't think backpain is the reason for you choosing KTM. Your never indicated it in any of your long rides. I thought xpulse has one of the best suspensio. It could be seat or attract more views to YT and that's perfectly fine. Adv390 has a stiffer suspension setup and need to work the gears as can be seen in various reviews. Anyways it's your money and your choice though expensive one. All the best
