Both nice knives! I truly believe that Fallkniven is the best in the world though! Many years of experience with them and their quality is unmatched in my opinion!
The big difference is the price for the TRC is generally about $80 more. Thanks for putting these two side by side as they are definitely direct competitors.
Lionsteel M4 isn't at that price/quality class, but it has a way better handle than both of those 2. If any of those, had that handle, or the Lionstell M4, had the heat treatment and the bevel geometry as any of these 2, then that would be the perfect knife!!! As for sheath, believe it or not, for an outdoors sheath, the Swedish knives have the best sheaths. Both Mora and Fallkniven, know what they're doing! The blade has to hae some room, so you can sheath the knife dirty. The main use of any outdoor knife, is collecting wild edible plants and mushrooms. You can't resheath a knife dirty, every couple of minutes, when the sheath is a Kydex or Leather, no room for the dirt on the blade... difficult to clean too.

Beautiful knives, especially the K1s. Would love to see it compared to the South Pole.

If the spine isn’t a 90 degree, I’m not interested. F1 wins. 🥾🏔
You can do that in about 30 seconds with a small diamond stone.
