Every single war time T-34 was insanely bad due to poor methodes of production and lack of advanced components like optics transmission suspension rubber rare metals ectr

The same applies to german tanks as well, all the way from 1943 I believe

@@thatguystalker8649 Well backbone of wermacht in 1939-41 was Pz.38(t) Pz IV and III were quite rare at this time but they were effective unlike their soviet counterparts due to one important reason (communication and Stalin himself ) and everything form 1942-1945 is pure madness strategic mistakes lack of natural resources, oil ,mr.H ego ectr lead germany to epic failure .

Sadly, you are misguided. The poor quality production was a result of a massive simplification of the production, to utilise as much less complexed parts while retaining its combat capabilities. Clear example is the KV’s and early T-34’s. Compared to those in 1942 all the way to 1945. It was done to simplify and scale up production, while keeping the parts operational for well, average lifespan of the tank in the grinding hell which was the eastern front. And besides, since it’s all so simple you can just quickly switch up the parts with the glorious big soviet hammer and go, or get a new tank while the engineer gremlins fixing it, retaining speed and manpower of the section. While with the German tanks… Yes it’s gonna run for a long while, but once it’s out, you’re gonna have to put your mechanic on a suicide watch. Besides, no matter the quality of the tank and how long it’s supposed to last, it’s gonna die the same way a T-34 would, cause again, grinding hell of the eastern front.

It's the only pre-WW2 tank whose direct desendants are still in front line service with the nations that built them. Every Soviet and post-soviet MBT was just an upgraded T-34.
